Went into today 19th December. Ordered three meals. Which are a disgrace for the price .When they came all three were wrong. When I asked where the rest of my food was I was told that's all you get with the meal. When I pointed out the menu the waitress just said I don't know I've been off five days. I'll get it now. On further inspection noticed something else missing. Again They begrudgingly brought the missing food. When I complained they just said are you staying for another drink we will get you one. When they brought the drinks they did say sorry these are free.Im sorry but the whole experience was a disappointment and we will not be returning

Order wasn't taken correctly even though I checked with member of staff who took my order after daughters meal came with extra scrambled eggs that was supposed to be replacement for fried eggs on my standard breakfast. After twice asking what was happening was informed I had received "what I paid for" there was an extra hot drink which I didn't receive. So I paid for more than I received but not what I ordered. Was offered refund for hot drink and asked if I wanted breakfast bur declined as I daughter had finished hers and we had plans. I told them to give refund of 1.50 to charity. Worst visit here I have been numerous times in the past.

Went to the bar to order and was told no pizzas, it was so dark I struggled to read the menu and choose something else order a burger asked what comes with it he said I don't know read the menu... on reading the menu it read fine.. food came and it had lettuce tomato onion all things NOT LISTED IN MENU AND I DONT EAT.. didnt ask what size drinks i wanted and poured two small?? maybe he is in the wrong job maybe something that's not customer facing might make him smile coz front of shop doesn't!

Waitress had a mishap. Spilt soy sauce all over the chair and landed on personal belongings. Quickly moved to another table by another member of staff.

l just want to thank the staff at Wetherspoons Metro Centre for their help on Thursday 23rd November when my son collapsed they couldnt do enough for us contacted first aider etc thankyou so much for all your help my son is ok now although he did have another turn outside CEX we were helped to the car by first aiders who brought a wheelchair and took us to our car and by the way the food and service was spot on thankyou

Always pretty busy, food prices have went up which is expected but no longer worth what you actually get. Food comes out quick and is hot, probably due to a microwave. The beer was nice and cold and a bit cheaper than local pubs, wouldn’t be my first choice but would probs come back for a quick lunch.
