Service is slow, they take forever to sit you down, then barely check up on you, and finally takes even longer for them to take payment. Also they add a service charge of 7.5% without any prior mention of it or any mention of it at the time of payment. They just show you the order and say is this all correct and then when you get your receipt emailed it shows they’ve taken the service charge which is quite sneaky

So we ordered a click and collect to grab after Xmas shopping. We collected at 3.30 and didn’t eat until 7. Item missing- husband checked email and refund had just come through. On collection no one mentioned it, so we have no idea of the reason. Bit of a let down for an Xmas treat.

Service by one member of staff was excellent. Unfortunately let down by the others.Food was good but the atmosphere is hard to score well as it's an open pod in the centre.

Great food, a little overwhelmed with the experience! Drinks very overpriced £3.50 for a can of coke. Worth a try!

There is not enough staff and it is so slow I do feel bad for them but is not a nice service and it is quiet expensive al the time you have to wait and only, the place was empty as well and they messed up my order witch it was only 1 thing

Love this place, upto date restaurant and staff are amazing, fast food with a restaurant experience and the set up is so easy with different colour plates for different prices. Love it.

Food is great. I love it and I come possibly live on Yo sushi? . Either though, it wasn't too busy when we were in the restaurant late afternoon it started to get busy and one member was doing a very good job of handling everyone's needs. So well done to him.

I ordered beef teriyaki. It came and was all fat and mostly inedible. When I asked for the bill the waitress asked if everything was OK. I explained about the beef and was told that's how it comes, it obviously isn't to everyone's taste. We have been to yo sushi before and had the same to eat without a problem. Also not a lot on the belt coming round. But loads of dishes ready on the counter, which were not put on the belt. People were having to ask for them. I def won't return.

The team are a credit to the brand . The food is great and the atmosphere is very welcoming . Lots of choice on the belt and easy to order from the menu . I like that the food is prepared in front of you . It’s great you can see the staff washing hands and keeping the kitchen clean . Always worth a visit if your at the metrocentre

Ordered online to collect at 2pm. Arrived at 2pm, advised a member of staff I had an order to collect, showed my order confirmation and provided my order number. This seemed to mean absolutely nothing and I was asked what I’d ordered. I was told it wasn’t ready yet but would be ready soon. While I was waiting a deliveroo driver also arrived to collect an order and was completely ignored for 20 minutes. Again, when he gave the order number it was met with a blank stare and he was asked what he’d ordered, despite him clearly having a deliveroo bag. After waiting for 30 minutes I asked for an update on the order and was asked again what I’d ordered. I was then told my order had never been received. Again I showed the confirmation and the order number. I was asked for a third time what I’d ordered. By this time my patience was wearing thin. I was then asked to look in the fridge where they have pre-prepared boxes to take-away and see if there was one the same as what I’d ordered, which there was. I was told to just take one of these…I certainly won’t be returning.
