me and my 2 friends came for some food they ordered pizzas and they enjoyed theres i ordered penne bolognaise and u got a side off chips with the meal the pasta was cold and hard the chips were stale nearly snapped the composite off my tooth.customer service was absolutely awful the staff are rude especially the manager. i am never the one to complain but this was disgusting! Didnt even offer any discount once i complained and they didnt even apologise on there behalf! The manager was very rude turning her back on me when im telling her my food was cold and rolling her eyes at me! ( arent restaurants supposed to ask if there food is okay not ignore me when im telling them its cold)

Not proper Italian food..they use cream in their carbonara!! Pasta dishes were tasteless. Most miscle dishes cone with a lot of closed muscles. Asked for changes to the pasta, eg no parsley and extra chilli, this didn't happen. Tried the chilli oil, there was no spice whatsoever. Cheesy garlic bread was OK. Every time you go as a large group. They add stuff on and pop that extra money in a pot to give themselves a little extra. We realised this time and WILL NOT be back. Absolute disgrace. Trying to add FIFTY POUNDS and said there was over EIGHTY POUNDS worth of mistakes on the bill. I didn't want to go back because of the food in the first place but ripping people off like that. Absolute joke of a place. Rude staff and filthy toilets. AVOID!!!!

***** review for a great restaurant***** This is a regular for us And is always a great meal Today we visited a group for a special occasion 1/ staff - so attentive and very professional - also going above and beyond to put up banners and balloons, and making our daughters day special x 2/ food- ordered off the Sunday lunch menu and also traditional Italian - everyone enjoyed there food all meals served on time to a high standard and absolutely delicious *****Thank you Achellos *****
