Order from here all the time always hot and fresh but tonight my pizzas that undercooked I've had to put it in the oven. I understand it's Xmas eve and busy etc but when you pay nearly 20 quid for 2 pizzas you'd expect them to be hot enough. Let down tonight.

Ordered over the phone when I got home completely wrong pizzas when I phone up to complain they said that is what we ordered both of us don’t like olive’s on a pizza so why would we order them very disappointed

The best pizzas around loads of topping plenty cheese gorgeous I've tried a few takeaways and nothing compares to adana would definitely recommend

Adana pizza is one of the best takeaway's I've ever seen. The prices are ridiculously cheap, but the food is still amazing quality.My personal favourites are Donner Pizza with Garlic Sauce, or the BBQ chicken pizza.I'd rate this place 5 stars, but Adana only takes cash, which is a bit behind the times really. A lot of people don't carry cash there's days, and the only reason this isn't a huge inconvenience is because this is next to a Lloyds Bank, which has cash points.The staff here are amazing, and they have a superhuman memory. The amount of people I know who have walked in here and the staff have just asked if they're having X order again. It really shows how much they care about their customers.A lot of super cheap takeaways are usually cheap because of poor quality, but this isn't the case here. I've ordered probably 30+ times from here, and the food has always consistently been correct, warm, tasty, and hasn't made me ill.Top quality! But it needs to get itself a card machine.

Everything we ordered was perfect. Fresh, hot and tasty. Chilli sauce is 10/10. Delivery was quick and on time even though it was Friday night. Delivery driver was really nice and polite.

I have used this takeaway for year's always get a Calzone Pizza ? which are beautiful best in town however they take no notice of your extras and the pizza is the same as a normal Calzone toppings that cost £4.80 to add on they don't read your notes to the restaurant they deliver over half an hour earlier than stated and if you put that you would like a tub of chilli NOT chilli on your pizza as there isn't an option for adding a tub but you pay the £1 extra for the chilli but state you don't want it on your pizza you want a tub but isn't an option so you tell them you've paid for chilli but want a tub not on the pizza and when call the restaurant he just says I ordered a chill base which I didn't I paid for it but asked on the note to have a tub separate so was waste time calling him and couldn't eat the pizza with chilli base on it so wasted £15.50p..Very sad as this is 4th time been wrong with my order and they are the BEST Calzone in Newcastle ..Next time I'll call and let him know I want a tub not chilli base as I've tried again and nothing comes up to add a tub of chilli and wasted all that money again as last week was 45 minutes too early and no extras in the ?. Please read the customer notes and wouldn't happen or call the customer to make sure its correct and on time I order for my partner coming home at stated time and comes 45 minutes too early so got heat it up they make gorgeous pizzas just don't read the Note to the restaurant so spoil the pizzas otherwise awesome takeaway ive used for year's
