The burgers I've had here have been amazing, they currently hold the place for my top burger.Their opening times may need updated though as was not open 7:50 PM on a Wednesday, both Google and Bijoux website state till 9 PM at current.

Arrived as a party of 3 lads looking for something substantial, walk in without a booking and was able to get straight in. Our assistant welcomed us giving us the option to sit down stairs. Decor, as you'd expect for longhorns, rustic wild west themed including our table which was a bit wobbly but I sorted that out with a vit of folded paper under the leg??. Food was good too, the 3 of shared a platter of burgers meat & sides along with a few beverages which hit the spot. Great service from our waitress, she was very friendly, helpful & chatty, credit to her. I'm sure we'll be back.

Very friendly staff, and good ambiance of an "American-esque" look on things. However, the burger I had wasn't as promised. Won't comment further but let's just say there are better burger restaurants around Newcastle than this one. ?Though their fries are really good, I think it ranks as one of the best fries I had.

Amazing food and staff! Visited for lunch and the staff were incredibly accommodating of our dietary requirements including providing a gluten free bun. The food was absolutely delicious and such good value for money. Definitely 5 star plus.

We went here to try it out when it was taken over by bijoux as Longhorns had previously been our favourite restaurant. We opted to sit in yet everything came in take away containers which may be to cut costs but it kind of ruined the vibe. The music was absolutely blasting as if we were in Bijoux club. The menu stated the burger had 'tomato' which I assumed meant a fresh tomato not tomato sauce so I didn't remove it, but would've if I'd known it was ketchup as I'm not a fan. My partner found 2 hairs in his burger baring in mind this was only around 2 weeks after opening back up. The staff weren't very attentive just stood at the door watching people walk past, it seemed as though Bijoux had hired their promoters to work there. When we went it was 50% off and still came to £17 so I am glad we went then and not when it would've cost us £34 because it really was mediocre, fast Food which didn't warrant a cost of £34. Won't go back and overall pretty disappointing

THIS WAS CALLED LONGHORNS. REVIEWED AS LONGHORNSWhere to begin with this place...The two ladies serving were run off their feet, friendly, helpful and professional and are worthy of being employed in a far better restaurant. The issues ihave were wait times , Wednesday not weekend. The other issue was what was actually served.40 minute wait for 2 starters was the precursor for what would follow.Loaded chips with prawns and steak resembled nothing to the photos I have seen. Mine resembled something thrown together in a 'soup' of a sauce...how any chef could produce that clearly has no pride in their work. The staff kindly offered to exchange this meal but to be honest I didn't fancy another half hour wait.My companions dirty longhorn fell very short of the mark too. Please refer to attached photos.Having shown the chef the quality of his work compared to my expectations, having said his bit, agreed not to charge for the meal I didn't eat......I waited a long time for the Longhorn experience and its one I won't be repeating.I realise the hospitality industry is short of chefs at present, but if the owner is reading, i would suggest widening the net in your search for a chef who can do the job.

4/10 from me - Visited and tried for the first time this past week Dec 2021, bland tasting food, lacking in flavour & seasoning, meat dried, fries bearly warm on arrival Downstairs we were sat in freezing cold. Service & beer was great. Cant be bothered to make a fuss and complain, but will just vote with my feet/cash £ and wont be in a hurry to return personally, lots of tastier places ive visited in Newcastle

Had a wonderful time at Longhorns having the bottomless brunch. The staff were friendly, attentive and approachable. The food was delicious and there was lots of variety. The food was of both great quality and definitely of great quantity, we ended up taking a whole lot of food home afterwards that I expect to be eating for a few days at least. Also the variety of drinks on offer for the brunch were fantastic.I'd definitely recommend catching this sometime.

Myself and my partner went for dinner last night, we had been wanting to try this restaurant for a while but it was very disappointing. The atmosphere was very awkward we were sat by the waitress bar and could hear them complaining. We then had to wait 45 minutes for our starters and main meal. Our steak meals weren’t great, I couldn’t even put a knife through my steak it was so tough. There are more things on the menu which I would love to try but because of this experience I won’t be wasting my money here again.
