Couldn’t even sit in the place and eventually had to eat in McDonald’s it’s a disgrace! The food was really nice though but I couldn’t even use the refill drink machine with the cup I paid for. Just got given a bottle which I obviously can’t refill. Waste of money buying a drink

The food is pretty good and actually tasted fresh, I forgot a bag and they actually kept it in the office for me when I came back to get it and on a different visit opened the bathroom even though it was closed so friendly staff and the new nacho chicken is also very good.

Disgusting. I’m amazed that at what was served to me this evening could be passed off as food! It went straight into the bin! If it wasn’t for the fact they I was there with my little boy who had chosen to go there & I didn’t want to upset him. I would gone ballistic with the manager. The place was a pig sty - filthy, no clear tables, left over food everywhere. More than half the seating area was closed off despite being no where near closing time. The staff were rude! toilets were closed…I could go on all night. Awful excuse of food chain. Will never go back, avoid if you can

The food was really nice that burger had all the correct flavours I really enjoyed the burger it was perfect it tasted like a proper original burger the service was good the place could do with a renovation those self oder stands in the middle off the shop look messy it's a little bit

Rude till staffTry to charge 30p for the tiny sachets of Mayo - what a rip off.Often so few seats because they close the upstairs area when it's busy.Total lack of any service with a smile.Food is too often not hot.Do yourself a favour and go to McDonalds just up the street from this one. It's better and they don't rip you off for tiny Mayos.
