Better than Starbucks by a country mile.\\nOnly thing for me was they didn't have the Salad that I wanted, so no 5 stars.

Best coffee chain and good people watching spot

They are a bit short staffed, so please help out where you can. It's not their fault.

The coffee was nice but nothing like real Italian coffee.

Slow service, they only let you have 2 people in shop being served but there are plenty of seats for eating/drinking in.\\n\\nIt was strange ordering a frappe as the mixture is premade in the fridge near the door. I had to go and get it for the lady that served us. They should have their own stock behind the counter or make it fresh like other coffee shops.\\n\\nSlow service waiting for drinks and food to be made, bout 2 frappe and 2 sausage rolls, the rolls were heated but a bit burnt and the pistachio frappe was lovely.\\n\\nOverall pricey but tasty. Air con was a refreshing breeze after walking around too.

Great bar. Nice atmosphere. Neck oil on draught.

So... Not at all feeling a mid-day need for coffee, so I decided to go to Cafe Nero and imbibe some of the psychosis inducing beverage... Naturally after just one cup I can smell the ozone, and see atoms move. Life is good... You know if you don't think about it too hard.

Staff are absolutely brilliant. They are always welcoming and kind to customers. Coffee is very nice, but the service makes the experience.

I love the coffee from here, staff are always nice and the banana and walnut loaf is a delicious treat. Only down side is that it's often hard to find a seat, but that's sign of a good coffee shop.

I went with my 60 year old Nana. The staff were on several occasions rude to her because she was confused. They didn't try to help her; they just spoke down to her.

Lovely cafe, staff always fun and friendly. Tea and coffee far nicer than Starbucks or Costa.

I love this spot especially sitting in their little glass triangle watching the world go by. Extremely tranquil! Plus Nero coffee is lovely and the colleagues in store definitely know their way around a bean. Thanks.

Really good but I couldn't open the prepacked sandwich. It had to be opened for me. Delicious 😎
