Twice I've tried to place an order through deliveroo from this Costa and twice they've just not accepted and the order has timed out. If you're not able to fulfill orders just go offline or at least reject orders instead of allowing your customers to wait an hour before eventually telling them they can't have their coffee!!

What on earth has happened to this Costa? Have been a patron for many years (usually a quick lunchtime weekend stop with the family) and was our favourite local Costa with a homely atmosphere, great food and service.
