Have used this takeaway for a number of years has always been good service and great food! In the last two months, the service has completely gone downhill, and they don’t even care! Items missing from orders! And my most recent order, I placed on their website and they weren’t even open and they still won’t give me a refund for it! I phoned and the owner just lied to me and said I’ve already refunded it! I would avoid using this takeaway they simply just don’t have any customer service and don’t really care either!

Food arrived late and wrong. Asked them to collect and refund and they said they would. They then didn't collect so after 2hrs I called them and they said to throw away the food and they would refund which they didn't. They now won't answer my calls and I still haven't received my money back. If you get your order at all it'll be wrong, and then they won't refund you, absolute disgrace of a business!

Order from here all the time and the food is always amazing! My mum just phoned up and the kind employee instantly asked if he was feeling okay because she's got a cold and her voice is a bit hoarse, doesn't seem like much but it really made her day! thank you so much to all the staff!

Just had a chicken kebab never again chicken not cooked at all !! £18 for 2 kebabs … 1 definitely not cooked!! Won’t be returning !!

Ordered a 12” hot and spicy pizza and a 10” garlic cheese bread I was at the pub so got it delivered to my wife we only live 5 mins drive away, looking at the menu this should have cost no more than £17 and I appreciate there’s a delivery charge but when my wife paid it cost her £27.10 which was a complete rip off we’ve used Davincis loads over the years but I’ll not use them ever again

Been a customer for many years, but in all honesty won’t be going back, quality of the food has rapidly gone down hill, very little toppings used for the price they charge now, it’s very very poor☹️

After using this takeaway for many years ( as well as friends and family). My son and his girlfriend placed an order for over £30 and he was charged twice.Cutting a long story short after almost two weeks of him calling the take away and going in personally he was faced with the worst customer service we have ever experienced by the manager.His staff agreed that it was a mistake and he was given the receipt and was shown his online banking to see it had been taken out twice.All resulting in him giving my son £30…. Not the full amount but after a very stressful experience he accepted.This should have never came to this and was an absolute disgrace.I am extremely disappointed and unfortunately will never return under this management.

HORRENDOUS customer service and SO RUDE. I placed an order this evening through Just Eat. Despite the app saying it was on its way after 2 hours I called and was told 'it will be with you very soon.' Another 30 minutes passed and I called again to ask for an update. The long and short of it was they had messed up and hadn't created the order, and the woman I had spoken to 30 minutes ago was basically lying. Mistakes happen and as annoying as it is I can accept that however the woman I spoke to on the phone had a serious attitude problem. When I asked her to please stop talking to me in the manner she was she got even worse. She was rude, snappy and I am yet to receive an apology. So after 2 hours of no food a simple 'we're really sorry we messed up let me get that to you' would have sufficed but instead I got sassy Sally talking to me like I was something she had stepped in. Then after Sassy Sally tied herself up in knots with lies they cancelled the order told me the refund wasn't their problem and hung up! So I ended up having to drive in the ice to another takeaway to feed my family 2.5 hours after I ordered originally. They also made sure they told just eat I cancelled the order so I couldn't review them on there! Top job da vincis!
