We made our order 50 minutes ago so it gets on time for our iftar as we were fasting and we told them to come on time. However, they didn’t deliver our food. Do not order from this place. They are scam and wasting your time!!!!

Ordered a burger from here on Christmas eve and how I wish I hadn't. I woke up Christmas morning spewing my guts up and carried one spewing throughout the day. It single handldly spoilt my whole Christmas. Something needs to be done as I have read this happening on so many occasions from other people. Either sort it or get closed down.

Disgusting food, chicken is not at all cooked and also chickens feathers weren’t properly removed on the wings. It is not at all a original dixy chicken.

Their chicken is really delicious, but sometimes it is very hot and makes the stomach hurt, and the chicken thighs are not cooked well sometimes, but the way they make the chicken is unique and its taste would be much better if the chili was reduced in the chicken spices.
Ordered veg pizza only had on onions and greenpepers on thanks for the rude customer service this guy working in these dixy in town rang told him he hang up then never picked up tried 2 times wont come again thank you 07.11.2023

Lovely, tasty chicken variety of chicken pieces. Lovely coatings with moist chicken. Would definitely go again but only in newcastle for a quick visit.

Useless staff. Either outside smoking or lying to you. Comes in to serve us 5 mins after we walked in past them having a cigarette. Then tells us 2 mins for food. After 5 mins waiting I asked. He said 3 mins on the chicken. The timer actually said 5. They didnt even have anything ready but continued to lie to us. Completely ruined the whole experience for us. Food wasnt even worth the wait after all that. Never going. back. Never recommending to anyone.Horrendous experience.

Food used to be better here years ago, this is a small shop offering eat in options along with take away. I must admit there are better options in Whitley Bay town center where there is more take aways In which I would rate better.
