First time going to a 5 guys and I was not disappointed. Firstly, the staff were brilliant, offering great advice and suggestions on the various toppings. The burger was good but the spiced fries and milkshake were phenomenal. If you have never had bacon in a milkshake then you should defiantly try it! Remember when everybody thought that salt and caramel didn't go together? Well this is exactly the same thing. It shouldn't work, but it really does. My suggestion is to go for chocolate, Peanut butter and bacon. You won't be disappointed! Overall, a great meal and I will defiantly visit again

Well there are just not the words available to describe a Five Guys burger. Just pure quality and taste. Fries are awesome. Not the cheapest takeout burger but well worth the price. I love the fact you can get any mix of toppings that you like. Let's not forget the awesome mayo you can get for dipping your fries...its just the best mayo you have ever tasted. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

Sorry five guys but I found you expensive and the food wasn't great or even nice. You don't do meal deals like burger chips and drinks instead you have to purchase each separately and that only increases the price for the customers. You don't really cater to families as a result. And your menu isn't clear on sizes either who knew a large fries feeds upto 5 people? Unless your told. Not a great experience and I won't be returning.

What a friendly bunch and so helpful guiding us through the menu. My husband and I both had the \\\"small\\\" burgers with cheese and the crispiest bacon I have ever had, along with our choice of toppings. The chips were fab and everything was piping hot, will defo revisit.

The staff member who served us was fantastic, very friendly. They recommended a peanut butter and strawberry milkshake and it was delicious for what my other half said. Other than the milkshake the rest was more of an expensive burger king.

Great to be back at this place, I've missed them so much. Quieter now, but still great food (the fries are amazing!) reasonable price, try the hot dogs, you won't be sorry.

It was ok, not sure it was exactly worth the money or the hype - fries were very nice though. My 13 year old loved it but I was just wondering whether in a blind taste test I could have separated it from a burger king which would have been half the price. The food area in the metro centre is decent - personally I'd not hurry back but I think that's because I'm a skinflint!

Shakes, burgers, hotdogs.... whatever you have from five guys, you'll not be disappointed. The burgers and dogs are always cooked fresh, and you can pick any amount of toppings. The fries are delicious, although they're conned in peanut oil, so off you have an allergy keep away. The shakes are unreal, try the dated caramel and peanut butter combo in your shake. Yum!!!

Great burgers, this is a good place to go to experience an all American burger without any compromise. It's fantastic you can pick your own toppings that you you have just how you like it. They also do some delicious milkshakes here too. Great that it is still fast food so you get your food relatively quickly. But... The price is definitely not for the faint hearted as for two people you can easily spend £30+ that's for 2 burgers, fries and a drink. But worth the money as a treat once in a while. And I love the variety of drinks. It's great
