Best kfc iv had in years, staff were super friendly and helpful, the food was fresh, hot and really tasty!! Makes a change to go to a kfc where it actually feels like the staff are happy and take pride in providing a great service! Will definitely come back!!

Wish I could put 0 stars. Received a completely dry and disgusting burger for the price of 9.50, and when I asked for a small bit of sauce, the woman on till was rude to me and handled my burger with her bare hands. Not only that, she charged me 1.20 for the sauce added. Horrible experience and won’t be back here again. Upon contact toKFC I have been told they instruct their staff NOT to wear gloves. Appalling.

Just visited killingworthkitchen staff singing and cleaning l ordered my meal from the counter staff totally uninterested when my meal was given to me l was shocked the chips a joke we counted 11 chips the chicken well all l will say is even the dog turned its nose up l really think a staff training day is in order in this branch of KFC it will be a while before l return if ever

Ordered 3 things.....all orders had something wrong with them. Items missing or not removed etc. Not good.
Rude staff, ordered drive through they said 10-15 min I waited in the parcel pickup parking waited for 45min, then I go and ask abt the order they prepare my refund instead of food.. very rude staffs without giving an explanation they just giving money

Absolutely disgusting vegan burgers ordered from this branch on NYE. I ordered through Just Eat, when the burgers arrived I took a bite out of mine, my mother took a bite out of hers and they were both rock hard, as if they’ve been microwaved, or left under a grill all day, or worse still out of date. I threw them in the bin, because we really couldn’t eat them. I asked for a refund from Just Eat, with photographs of the whole burger in the bin, and they refused a refund because the technique for cooking burgers varies between cooks and restaurants?. So spent £14 on two vegan burgers that went directly into the bin, and ended with two bags of signature fries for my NY’s treat.

The worst vegan burger I have ever tasted. I have ordered several vegan burgers from various KFC outlets and all of them have tasted good. But the two we ordered as part of a big family order were rock hard and inedible. We threw them in the bin. They’d either been microwaved badly from frozen, out of date or left under the grill for hours on end. JustEat wouldn’t give me a refund as apparently different restaurants use different cooking techniques…will never use JustEat or KFC again, as not getting a refund for terrible food is appalling.

Just went along to thornaby KFC had a delicious meal made even more enjoyable be the lovely server Shelby Being a older gent l was a bit unsure about downloading app so the lovely young lady helped me with it was very friendly and helpful and could not have been more attentive well return.

I ordered to dine in the staff didn't seem that engaged with me and my order. It took a good while for it to come out. The bun was a little stale.I tend to find with KFC. You either get a good crew and it hits great.. or it's a so so experience. I equally only go to KFC when it's a treat and I was craving it for ages. It wasn't that great.
