It is a standard McDonald's, the staff here are friendly. I have had 3 episodes where I have ordered stuff in the drive through and got home to find out there is stuff missing from my order. I wrote a formal complaint and was sent a voucher for a small fries haha for the missing £3 burger. It does make me double check everything before I drive away. Other than this the service is ok.

Well placed on the roundabout A19/A189 Spine Road. This McDonald's is always clean and tidy and the staff are very friendly. We'll situated for garage, hotel, and pub just be mindfully of parking time limits.

Long wait to place order at drive through. Just sat there for about 5 mins while about 5 cars ordered and drove off on the 2nd order point. Then they had no milkshakes (big surprise). Then we had to pull over and wait for 5 mins for our order to be brought out.

Going downhill as fast food! Used to park cars awaiting orders and now just keep you at the window for ages with many cars behind.

In a different league to UK McDonald's, with some surprisingly superb Spanish variations on the menu. Great for a fast food lunch when you're on the go. Staff were cordially excellent.

Was easy to get into drive through and left straight onto the motorway /dual carriageway and needles to say they got order wrong so stuck way wrong order as not so easy to just turn and ho back so double check orders normally i do but didn't think they could mix up plain cheeseburger meals

Absolute joke of a “restaurant” this has to be one of the if not the worst McDonalds I have ever been too, it is full of spotty non educated tools, they hardly even have the full menu on, the food is always well below the standard that is acceptable and it is just a run down little dive. Should be bulldozed to the ground and use the land for something that would actually be of some use.

Worst place ever to go for food alway wrong Oder manager I spoke to did not give a toss. Food cold always late and cold rather use Killingworth and I live 2 minutes from this dirty hole if I could give it less than one star I would. Stay well away unless you want missing or cold food.

I fancied a burger and 20 seconds later McD appeared in front of me. Perfect.Obviously not, with a 1 star rating.The cafe was cold. It was wet outside and I hoped for some warmth, but was met with cold air conditioning. It might be good for the staff in the kitchen and those wandering around but sitting down in the cold is not good.I had a big burger with bacon and chips.The chips were fine but they could have been a little warmer.The burger was cool and tasted like every burger you've ever had at McD. The streaky bacon appeared to have been warmed over a candle for 5 seconds and was totally tastless.Why do I do it to myself?I should have held out for a BK.If it was possible to read the receipt I'd tell you exactly what I had.

Everytime i visit my order is wrong the food is cold the wait is immense. wont be going back...no effort is put into making the food and the youth that work there (may aswel be actual foetuses) just clown about. my food looked like it had been slig shot into the bag.absolute joke of a place disgusting service will not be back

Really enjoying my McDonald's visits since they introduced the plant based burger - tasty!However, every McDonald's is always draughty! It has to be over zealous air conditioning. We wrap up, to eat in their restaurants - sitting with coats on!
