Tried to order on app. No hot drinks available when I queried it inside hot drinks were available but they said they had no milk. But I could have black tea or coffee with a tube of milk! My card was declined by the merchant even though my card company passed the payment.Then after ordering on click and collect they tried to deliver it to a table inside rather than the collection point. If you want to order a McDonalds do not go here, badly managed and a couldn't care less attitude. Ons star is too much!!

Honestly, not much I can say about a McDonald's. This is one of the nicer ones. Food is always good, service is pleasant and can't really say anything against it.

It's McDonald's so the kids love it but this particular outlet tends to get orders wrong. The carbonated drinks are near flat and they no longer ask if you want to go large. They just automatically give you large. Be going to the next nearest or KFC in future.

Worst McDonald's restaurant in the North East!! Waited twenty minutes on a quiet Saturday morning before 9am for a wingw order!! Watched two other customers before me get wrong orders . Staff fully incompetent and walking around as if in a day dream. No sense of urgency amongst staff and apparently no pride in their service whatsoever. Won't visit again and this was our regular place. Terrible, avoid linl the plague!!!

One of the better Maccy D's in the area.. quick turnaround from ordering to eating.. clean and tidy, pleasant staff.. car park is much better since they changed the access.. whole place could do with being bigger...

Quick service called in for a chicken and bacon salad, small fries and a drink. I went inside the store this time. They have disabled access and new features on the tables, phone chargers and projection on tables for kids games. Some of these tables needed a wipe so I had to grab a cleaner before I sat but it was busy. The five stars was for my food and service from the till, probably should have gave it a four as the table wasn't clean and also the self service order machine didn't give me a receipt for my order either, but I was so pleased that my salads were back as they seem to disappear over the cold months, which is not promoting the healthy eating standards that they apparently adhere too.
