Me and Mum popped in for a late evening snack before we headed to our hotel for the night. The place was very clean and the staff that were on were friendly, the place wasn't busy at all so there wasn't many staff about on the floor. The toilets were clean. The food was good and nothing on our order was missed which was nice to see, especially when sometimes things can be missed off.

We ate inside today. All measure regarding Covid protection is in place making me feel very safe as they are strict with it. A member of staff called Margaret greeted us at the door and she was brilliant giving good clear instructions and very helpful.

Cold fries yet again plus the wrong sauces - is it simply that they just don’t care - we’ve even tried ordering less obvious choices in the hope that the food won’t have been sat cold in the rack but no joy - my advice - take the drive to Byker or Silverlink to get the hot / edible equivalent
had to pay 60 p to correct my order beciase the person couldn’t hear properly

Always a nice quick and easy meal. Fast service wether in the restaurant or through the drive thru. Also using the self service terminals has become alot easier after a few visits.
