Hands down the worst mcdonalds in Newcastle. Unfortunately for me it's the only one near by so I've been pletny of times and don't think they've ever got my order right. It's run by teenagers who are more bothered about having a laugh than your food. The burgers especially are revolting and look like they've been stood on.

Let's be real it's a McDonald's no where near luxury food or service, but you expect to get what you pay there's honestly no point in paying extra for a full fat coke cause they're just giving you coke zero it's disgraceful not even considering that the sweetners are different in each one and some people can be allergic to the ones in coke zero but sure just serve I instead cause let's fave it they're probably guzzling it themselves and then scamming the customers, it's not like it's even a one off it's happened so many times now, either they're scamming customers or they're so stupid they can't read or follow simple instructions

Hospitality staff are lovely. However, your order turns up wrong 80-90% of the time. Have to double check every time you get your food as there's seems to be things missing most of the time. Even the main parts like the big tasty burger when they supply the drink and fries!

Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Staff were very friendly and work hard, especially James who keeps the place ship-shape, inside & outside. He is a credit to McDs!Parking: Downside was parking limited to 90 minutes before a penalty ticket is issued or we might've stayed to order more coffees and desert.

Ordered a meal for my family to take out. Took 20 minutes for order to put together. Brought it home and my usual hamburger was half coated in the peppercorns. Being allergic to black pepper I am so careful what I order. Sadly 2 bites in I taste the pepper and have to take 2 antihistamines to counteract the reaction! Cross contamination incident warranted a sorry from the manager and offer to drive all the way back to restaurant for a replacement £1.19 hamburger. Absolutely disgusted I could of ended up in hospital!!

We ordered a large family breakfast delivery on Boxing Day and waited hours for the food to arrive despite being told it was coming much quicker than that. When it arrived everything was freezing cold. Do not use this place for deliveries EVER. Total farce and no way to get a refund or complain with any real action. No accountability.

1.5 hours for delivery. Uber delivery driver changed 5 times. Food ordered at 08:30 and didn’t arrive 10:10. Freezing cold and greasy! No way of cancelling or Complaining
