My server Ibs in the Eldon square Millie’s cookies was absolutely excellent! He saved me hours of waiting time which I really appreciated. He helped me with everything I needed and was a really kind and polite server! Ibs deserves high recognition for his amazing service!

Paid £10 for a box of 12 cookies that look lile a box of broken biscuits. Chunks missing out of Cookies and at least 4 of them broken into bits. Customer service adamant the staff wouldn't put then in the box like this... well they did!!! Stick your voucher i wouldnt have them for nout!!! Daylight robbery!!!

My cookie is ruined , there was no bags available and the cookie was over filled, now the icing has all come off the top of the cookie and has ruined it, I'm not happy as it was very expensive, also I was not given a receipt, I have a photo of the box and you can see where they squashed it down onto the

I’m very unhappy about the quality of the cookie I received. It was given as a gift which was underbaked and tastes floury. I have never had a problem with a cookie but it was a birthday present and I am very disappointed that I have received such a bad cookie!!

If I could give it 0 stars!! The cookies themselves where tiny and wafer thin compared to the ones from London branches! The staff lacked the understanding of basic customer service. How they are serving these wafer thin bits of dough is beyond me for £2.50+. As she tried to bag one up using the tongs the they just fell apart!!!Worst Millie’s cookies I’ve ever had avoid not the usual size and quality they should be!0 stars
