Warning ⚠️ - This gas station is a spying agency , they track your information and pass to police . They are checking your car MOT tax and information and passing to government agency's . When I went there the old lady working on duty showed her app and said your car doesn't have MOT , police will take it car , but my car is a taxi car , taxi MOT will not show on their database , she said their staffs working with police, she don't know the fact that taxi cars mot is different and will not show , what a rubbish people living in this neighborhood, guys watchout people around you smile nicely spying on you because they don't like immigrants, I used to go here will never go back . I written email to shell head office regarding this ..

I stopped here as I was desperate for fuel, and was no where near the cheaper fuel station local to me. I won't be back. The man behind the counter did not acknowledge me at all, other than to press the button for the card machine and walk away. He just carried on having a conversation with his colleague. He didn't say a word to me, not even a "hello" or a "thank you". Poor customer service. Good manners cost nothing.

Don't bother going here after 7pm if you want something that won't fit through the night service hatch as the door is locked at 7pm by order of head office according to the member of staff that refused me service at around 7.30pm

I have used this station on two occasions this week attempting to use the Shell Go+ App and redeem a cash award. On both occasions the accumulated reward would not discount the petrol purchase. It would seem they have a problem with their tills and staff training. They did apologise even though I was assured the discount would apply and then it became obvious that they knew of the problem. So beware.... and use another Shell station or maybe somewhere cheaper.

Diesel pump was out of order and when using the v power pump it failed and showered me and my vehicle in diesel.

Very tight bays here, management will not challenge people who take up both bays. Some pumps prone to failure with no notification from staff, management are passive aggressive when approached. during the night expect the lot to be littered with idle taxi drivers. Avoid whenever possible day or night. Shiremoor Shell Station is 100% better quality and operates with better staff attitude than this place..

A very handy spot for online shopping (e.g. Amazon) pick-ups and returns. Large selection of soft drinks plus Starbucks coffee machine and selection of fresh sandwiches plus other food. Some essentials (e.g. milk and bread) but due to it's size there's not as wide a selection as you'd find in most petrol stations run by one the big supermarkets, though the staff are always very friendly. Newly refurbished.
