Wants closing down. Messed my order up entirely and their bread stank of beer, god only knows who is being hired at this place. Better yet, didn't get a penny of it refunded via uber eats, absolute disgrace.

Only drawback is the step to access the shop is too high and very difficult for people with compromised mobility and obviously impossible for wheelchairs. Owners of Subway build a ramp!Wheelchair accessibility: None. Build a gently sloping ramp.

The place is due a refresh, the coffee machine didn't work, it just appears a bit run down, the toasted sandwich was burnt and just didn't seem very nice if i wasn't as hungry i would have just binned it - but was back in the office by that point. When did they stop doing oat and raisin cookies anyhow????

This shop really needs to sort it out !!! When I ordered a tuna salad in store I asked and paid for extra cheese I got about 10 pieces of grated cheese ? then my girlfriend ordered online for the same thing paid extra for cheese and when it arrived there was no cheese in the salad box what so ever absolute disgrace !! I won’t even comment on the shambles of a sandwich I got I wouldn’t even give it to my dog it’s that bad !!! then the staff don’t even have the decency to answer the phone !! We will be coming in the store to speak to the manager then I will be putting a complaint in to head office

I never normally leave reviews but I couldn't not after the encounter I've just had with the young lady Maisie who's just served me at the two ball lonnen branch. She was the most sweetest kindest girl ever absolutely fantastic customer service! She deserves a promotion or something♥️

This subway spouse to be open until 9pm on Sunday, I went at 8:45 to order some food and on the Electronic display it said “Open” but as long as I enter on the shop, staff said “OH we already shut down our machine and we have already clean the shop, sorry we couldn’t serve you”. Straightaway I asked them what time you are open until?? They said “until 9pm, but we have clean everything, so we could not serve you”. As a customer I found that’s really ridiculous and rubbish service, does not make sense why “Shop open until 9pm, when you do not want serve your customers before 9pm, this is shocking ??????, next time make sure you display your correct time, if you don’t serve your customers please make sure you change your timetable ???????

This branch is really bad and needs substantial improvement. Meat quantities way smaller portions than subways I know. A 5 years child would prepare a better presentation sandwich.
ordering online and forever missing 1/2 items. I mean make the stuff and pck it all and double check! It takes 2 seconds. money pinching is what it is. tried calling and you can’t get through! EVER!!!! needs shut down the wedges where stone cold and under cooked!

Really disappointed and disgusted! Ordered my food from here and literally the bread was stale and the guy needs training he doesn’t even know how to put salads + sauce properly. Your staff needs training. Wont come back!
