My father went to and got my sandwich which was a foot long meatball, when he came back with it was so dissatisfied! The bread was burnt… also the meatballs tasted like they had been there for a few days. The whole sandwich was disgusting I feel like it have been ripped off as I could only eat half and threw the rest away, safe to say I won’t be going back to subway for a while.

Food is good, and the new menu has some great options that make it easier to order. The staff are always warm and friendly, and even recommend my new favourite sandwich to me, the Vegetarian Philly.

Worst Ever Subway Franchise !!!Imposes frustrating limitations on customers when it comes to selecting dressings and salads, creating a disappointing experience for all.

Worst subway experience, you can only add two condiments to your sub and a limit to how much salad you can add never seen this at any other subway restaurants around the world will not recommend.

Unfortunately this is the smallest salad I’ve had from a subway. Very disappointed. Also, they said I couldn’t use my points on the salad even though I use them on salads at other subways.

The seating area is small and discussing and the staff aren’t helpful or welcoming as well.

Absolutely terrible portion sizes, the flattest sub I’ve ever had, absolutely no salad on the sub and no sauce. Absolutely disgraceful.

Ordered a delivery for my brother in hospital 2 hours later y it t still was not there so I rang the shop to see where it had got to and the woman who answered said it wasn’t there problem they just give it to the driver but no number for the delivery driver no manager on site to speak to she continued to laugh the more frustrated I got witch made me even more frustrated that she was actually laughing down the phone then told me there was nothing they could do and to get a refund from just eat as it is not her problem Iv paid for a service from subway I expect it to be delivered I understand things happen the driver could be lost but no one has rang to say they are not actually delivery the food so my brother who is in the mental health hospital just a few short miles away has been left with out the food and with out a refund not even a offer to send another driver with the food disgusting customer service she also said the manager will ring tomorrow but I won’t hold my breath as she was ment to ring back and did not so I had to ring the ship again my self for her to say sorry I have customers and put the phone down I’m sure the last time I checked I was a paid in full customer that is still yet to revive the food I ordered shambles even more so when I ordered him exactly the same order a few days ago and there wasn’t a problem but I no one thing I won’t be ordering again such poor Communication with in the staff and drivers no empathy towards a unsatisfied customer or any customer care to try and rectify the situation photos below one showing my order confirmation and one showing hours later that am still waiting and still yet to receive it
