My experience at subway today has been absolutely shocking. I politely asked for more sauce the man then sighed and responded in a rude manor “why do you need so much sauce” in my opinion it is my lunch and I shouldn’t be questioned as to why I want “so much” of something, some people could really take offence to this. My friend then was at the till and said to our other friend “I haven’t got you your cookies yet” and the worker responded “if you want to talk go outside” again I found this extremely rude and it wasn’t the customer service I expected when going on a lunch break with friends.

Had stuff before which was good. This time the bread was a day old, the guy decided not to listen to me and made what he thought he heard instead of asking again what i wanted. The bread though is the real issue it felt like it had been re warmed and left to cool. I own a food business and that bread was a disgrace.

The two lads in there very willing to help. I'd sent hubby for Mam's and his own lunch at chippy along the road. Mixed salad bowl enjoyed better by me so go to Subway whenever I can.

We've had several takeaways from here - The food is consistent - it's well cooked with decent portions We always go for the set meal for two - The onion bajhi and the garlic naan - are outstanding
