Mid week tea out. Just a quick trip to town. Love dinner at TGI great service. Tasty quesidilla and messy burger mixed with cheesy chips with bacon and maple syrup. Followed apple crumble pie and brownie obsession washed down with coke zero and corona. Rolled home - we were stuffed.

Sophie was an unreal sever, her happy attitude was contagious seemed to really enjoy her job! 11/10 . Alfie’s cocktails were also amazing so so nice.

Dylan our server was so polite, professional and relaxing from start to finish, great customer experience. He deserves a badge to add to his collection lol ? the food was amazing, love the style of the restaurant and great atmosphere. Thank you so much ?

Not often I'm impressed by a TGI Fridays - but we were extremely happy with every aspect of this visit - it's no Michelin star venue but that's not what we wanted - as a family of 5 everyone was catered for and left with full happy tummy's! The view from the main area was brilliant lots to see outside and seating was spacious - staff were great too ??Kid-friendliness: Kids were given a few crayons and some kind of small colouring book - which kept them entertained - staff were great with the kids & the kids menu is really good too

Food is lovely and service was great would definitely return. Definitely a place to go if you like spicy food. It very American themed. It’s like being American to have your lunch or dinner in an American themed place. The only thing is it’s not a cheap place to eat.

Went today for a late lunch , very quiet. Food was pleasant. My husband kindly pointed out to the server they had left the Card machine on a table incase she was looking for it. Server commented she would be a while as she was the only one serving today, and that's why she had left it there by mistake, quite rude really he was only trying to help her.

Big letdown…booked a table of 9 at 3pm for early tea (5 kids with us) we waited over an hour for food….at one point I stopped and asked a waiter how much longer for our food…he didn’t even bother to return and answer the question. waitresses were constantly squashing past the back of our chairs to get past with orders…even asked my child to pull her chair in ( it wasn’t out far) there just isn’t enough room to get past. We also waited a long time (about 30 mins) for kids desserts too….scoops of ice cream?? plenty of staff around but seemed they have their own ‘jobs’ to do. Dirty plates left on the table for at least 30 minutes. The alcoholic drinks from the bar seemed to come quickly so they had this right. Food was hot but average, obviously it’s fairly pricey for burgers etc. This restaurant is living off the brand and location….doubt we will be back.

Took my mam for her 90th birthday yesterday with my daughter and her partner, I've not been before, but I will definitely be returning, the service was fantastic, the food delicious and just a fantastic experience, toni our waitress was so helpful and very professional, she and all the staff sang a birthday song and announced my mams special birthday to the whole restaurant, and everyone applauded my mams special day, I can't thank them enough for making her birthday so special, a wonderful meal, and wonderful staff, thank you all again, xxx

We were a party of 7 who went after afew hours shopping. We were asked to wait at the bar for 20 mins bedore our table would be ready, not a problem, but 10 min wait to be served by a rude, unpleasant barman inspite of being the only customer there. Had to ask to be served in the restaurant after a 40 wait of being ignored, followed by a further 40 minute delay for food. No steaks available which I think you should be notified of before being seated. Really disappointing meal overall and won't return.

Four members of staff ignored us on our arrival. The shift manager, who I assume had been on a break, greeted and seated us as he walked in the door. Despite being one of only three tables (one walked out before their food arrived only paying for their drinks), it took a long, long, long time to get our drinks (soft drinks and milk) and then even longer to get our food. As a member of our party has a severe allergy - anaphylactic with epipens - we were referred to the manager as the “allergy isn’t on the list we have”. This statement caused undue stress as we felt the allergy, despite explaining the anaphylaxis, wasn’t being taken seriously. We were then charged £13.00 for a plain burger, no sauce, no salad, and chips. My 5-year-old also trapped their fingers in the bathroom door. We informed the waitress who did nothing. She stood there watching as we tipped ice out of our glasses to wrap in paper napkins to put on my child’s fingers. No help offered at all. Food tasted good (aside from the allergy meal) as expected from TGI’s. It’s just a huge shame that the staff didn’t care about the customers.

We went there the other day and tried to get some ribs and steak but we sat down for 20 whole minutes for them to tell us half of the menu was not available. And we spent £16 on drinks we didn’t even drink and there was no apology.

Writing this 40 mins into sitting here and still waiting for mains. We got here and waited 15 mins without being asked if we wanted even drinks despite asking to be served several times. We then got our order taken and a 30 mins later still waiting. The people on the table next to us have just got up and walked out without getting their order, they were here before us. Its not even busy!Time to add.....got our food 10mins after my original review, on both mine and my wife's plate the fries were nice and hot but the rest was freezing cold. I ate mine but my wife didn't bother and ended up in an argument with a waitress. The staff who seated us and the manager were very nice but the rest we delt with were extremely rude.

When here yesterday for the first time in a few months and won't be coming back in a hurry. Sat for over 90mins for food which isn't good when you have a hungry child. Then they brought the starters and childs meal together. 30mins later we received the adult mains. Food wasn't the best burger was burnt to a crisp and very greasy bun. But after waiting 90mins I just picked off what was the best. We were never asked if the food was ok. We had to go and ask someone for the bill as all the staff had seam to of disappeared. Definitely won't be coming back.

Not even worthy of a star! We came here today granted it was very busy but we are a family of 6 we stood in the que for over 20 minutes and not once where we even acknowledged not even a hello I’ll be with you as soon as possible…. Two families walked in past us and told the lady at the front they had a booking so she said they could come straight through we still were not acknowledged!! We then said to a young girl workingThere if they had a table or not and she said no which I get it’s busy fair enough I then said to her it would have been nice to been told instead of leaving us and many other waiting for over 20minutes in the que and her attitude was disgusting!! Won’t be wasting my time again
