For years we've always had pizzas from the counter on a regular basis. Recently the wait has got longer and longer. After waiting in the queue for half an hour and getting our pizzas made we have got home only to realise two of our three pizzas are wrong! We had been given two of the pizzas from the lady behind us. The member of staff doing ours was in a world of her own. Complete waste of money and no care given.

I was queuing at the trolley self serve when a lady pushed through from self scan,I was one of three waiting for a till.I was willing to let it slide but the staff member intervened and asked the lady to Q correctly,which is in turn excellent customer service, even though the lady who was told to rejoin the correct Q may not have thought so.Well done that Asda checkout supervisor.A.M 23/12/23.
