Got to be the worst domino’s in the country, always get the wrong order & never get any cheese on the nachos. Staff refused to do anything about it, refused to deliver, and told I had should of checked the food before I left.

Bought a pizza and my car battery died while I was sitting outside the shop eating it, would like the thank the delivery driver who helped jump start my car! Amazing!

It's ok if you haven't had a pizza in a while, saying that it wasn't that nice if I'm honest. Half of it was put in the bin!

Ordered 2 pizzas 1 with no cheese . Gave me cheese on pizza. Went back in to tell them , asked if it could be delivered as I need to be back and don’t want my other . They refused so I waited . They took the pizza with cheese of me and put it in bin rather than giving it to be as a peace offering. Never had any problems at Sunderland north dominos.

Wouldn’t even give one star for service food never turned up I received the wrong order the delivery driver told me and then got told it would be five mins half an hour later rnag then back got out on hold for ten minutes and then the phone out down on my rang them back and they still didn’t know where my order was,just terrible service

Absolute disgrace I received my order but stuff missing, when rang the guy is hanging up on me and stating refund that’s not the point man I want the order. The last time I ordered I waited 4 hours for my food to be delivered. Tonight I thought give them another chance and they’ve messed up yet again. Avoid

Everything about this Domino’s shop is horrific. They make mistakes on orders, delivery takes several hours, and the staff should all be sacked. St Luke’s is an embarrassment to Domino’s. Shut the shop. Fulwell is faultless.

Used this for years went downhill past 3 years this is not a true representation of Domino's in my opinion. They always get orders wrong. The pizzas and toppings are uneven and looks like a 2 year old put the puree and toppings on.\\nI now have to drive to seaburn for a decent domino's, even though this store is 3min drive from my house.\\n\\nChange of management is strongly advised.
