If I could leave 0 stars then I would. 1 star is extremely generous! I am genuinely so shocked at the awful service of this store. Stopped by on my lunch break to grab a quick snack, it was slightly busy which is to be expected due to the time, but the staff were honestly so clueless. If someone had told me it was all of the staff’s first shift, I’d have believe it. Most of the food wasn’t available and I was told it would be a “15-20 minute wait”. Not exactly ideal for my break but I’ll cut some slack as it was the lunch rush. The manager, who I believe’s name badge said Sharon… was just constantly shouting orders at the staff to hurry them up and being extremely unpleasant to staff whilst there were many customers on the shop-floor… rather than actually being an effective manager and actually providing help for her colleagues. I was certainly not a fan of how she spoke to staff members, who were clearly struggling. I’d like to think I’ll never set foot in the store again, but if I do ever have to, then I truly hope I never have the misfortune of seeing Sharon again.

Popped in on Friday 13 January 2023, 3.30pm ish, young lady (didn't catch her name served me) advised me to get a meal deal as better value and her general manner was lovely, thank you for great service.

Standard Greggs, can get a little busy at lunchtime as you'd expect and the car park is a bit tricky to maneuver in if there is more than 2 cars on the move at the same time. Food is good as always and the staff there are pleasant.
As per usual I love Greggs especially the Ham and cheese baguette warmed up and I can also claim a seasonal special coffee off my app

Ordered through just eat and says left the restaurant 30 mins ago however driver was not moving on tracker and showed parked up next to a local park. I called Greggs who told me to contact just eat, while contacting them, I got a text saying my order had been cancelled. a hour after placing it. No reason why, looks like delivery driver stole the food.
