Greggs are a fantastic bakers and I've never seen staff work so hard. Last week I popped into this store early one morning and I was already having a bad day. On top of running late my Greggs refill mug had been "borrowed" by someone at work (never to be seen again). The two women who served me were great Craic and good laugh. They cheered me up no end and the manageress threw in a free refill mug. Brilliant service, coffee and food and the biggest surprise was the excellent banter with the staff.

I absolutely love greggs, but I must say, the new coffee is vile, too strong, too bitter and just ruins the taste of a latte/mocha/flat white and white coffee, please change it back to the original it's tastes vile and cheap! And makes you feel a bit sickly after drinking it.Other than that the food is worth 5 stars by itself... on the other hand the coffee isn't worth 3.
