Unfortunately not a great day guys! Arrived 1pm, drinks and food order taken half an hour later. No drinks came and had to ask for them again about 20 minutes later as the staff forgot about them. Starters came and were nice! Kids one was supposed to be with hummus for dipping but the new chef has apparently decided that this isn't suitable now but hasn't removed it from the menu, or so we were told. Sunday dinners came and weren't too bad, not amazing though. Unfortunately the vegetarian of the group was given sausage meat stuffing with their nut roast ?♂️ Got the bill wrong at the end to top it off. Not much in the way of apologies. Won't be back in a hurry I'm afraid.

Booked as a part of a group of 27 including 10 children. We pre-ordered the food a month before arrival. Our table was booked for 17:30, food did not starts arriving until 18:47. Despite watching everyone getting their food on other tables. When I went up to ask, I got a rude ‘what do you expect for a large party’.I expected to start having food arrive at our table after arrival as it was pre-ordered as requested. Myself and my daughter didn’t get our order, as a result ended up eating pizza from others, as we needed to leave for the England match. We had to cancel dessert and leave as it was 19:15 by the time mains were served up for the most and had to be rushed.Nobody came at any point to check on the party and ask if anything was needed. We were constantly having to get up and ask. The rude service was something else. As a result we missed 20 minutes of the first half of the football match. What was meant to be an enjoyable and relaxed evening out for my daughter’s football team, ended up stressful and buying snacks to fill the kids.

Horrible service, do NOT recommend. Table booked for 5pm with pre-ordered meals, and we were sat still waiting for starters over 1 and a half hours later at 6.30. Ended up walking out and got fed elsewhere. Will never return and will tell people to AVOID.

took 25 minutes to get served a drink. An hour after arriving a food came. We were told that this was because they were very busy upstairs and downstairs. There were 2 tables of 4 people when we arrived and when we left there was only one table of 4 occupied downstairs. Very poor service.

I think this is a venue that may have been impacted by hybrid working, as it is located on a business park. Even though we had a table booked, we thought it was closed when we arrived.Don't make your choices based on the online menu as it was a different menu when we arrived and had to reselect.The food was good as was the service.

Spoilt my retirement party ordered meals everyone came except mine waited ages then I cancelled it this is not the first time it's happened my friends went to alot of effort to arrange this night out for it to be Spoilt never again

Came on the night of Beyonce at the stadium of light, was very busy but we booked so got our table quickly. The staff seemed extremely overwhelmed, way too many tables for the level of staff they had. Luckily, for us, we didn't wait very long for our food. The poor lad who looked after us was a bit frantic and didn't fill me with much confidence that he'd put our order through correctly. Unsurprisingly, he forgot the dirty fries on my flatbread upgrade and he put through the BBQ chicken burger instead of the BBQ chicken pizza. However, everything was delicious and everyone we encountered were friendly and handled what was a difficult shift for them, including the young lad that took our order, he was lovely, he just needs more training/experience. Will definitely return, had a great time and the prices are extremely reasonable.

Took mum here for a birthday lunch, before an Event at the Stadium of Light. The food was plentiful and delicious and the staff were super helpful however there could have been more staff on at the restaurant bar. It took a while for the first drinks to arrive,m which were nearly finished by the time the food arrived so requested another. We waited 30 mins for that cocktail and had finished eating so we cancelled & got the bill instead … downstairs looked lively & fun but we decided to head to the event earlier than initially planned as we waited too long for drinks within the restaurant.
Was for good but service is really slow. All we had was 2 mains and were there 2 hours. The restaurant was not busy

Great food, service was slow as there was only 2 barmaids on. Had the fillet steak and apparently it was 8oz but clearly was about a 5oz at best.

Lunch treat today for 6 of us - we all had buttermilk chicken burgers and one spicy chicken flatbread! All served quickly and piping hot! Only suggestion would be maybe some sandwich/wrap options for lunch Really nice staff and great food!
