Yet another extremely poor service experience at this outlet. Ordered online in advance, arrived just after midnight. The app advised to use the drive through as collection wasn't available. Got in the queue and after about 15 minutes advised the operator of my order reference number. Eventually got to the service window, given my drinks and asked to park up in bay 1 to await my food, the New bay 1 actually makes it difficult for others to pass, in particular vans, so had to move to bay 2. Eventually received my food in the bay from a member of staff comingoutside, so why couldn't I just complete the usual process when I arrived for collection? Anyway to make matters worse there was only one burger in the bag. My wife had to go knocking on the door to ask for the missing item. Probably a good 25 minutes to complete the process, fast food!! Arrived home to find the burgers were loaded incorrectly onions, mustard etc on the wrong burger. This isn't the first time that we have had problems with the a plain burger request. I despair sometimes with customer service at this and other McDonald's outlets.

Food was hot and tasty, didn't wait long, food delivered to table, friendly staff.Clean and tidy good parking.I chose a hot chocolate which wasn't great but everything else was spot on.

This is Sunderland’s worst McDonalds every time you order food either they miss all the dips or they leave an item out, personally I would advise not to use any type of delivery and just drive there but be advised they still manage to miss something so always check before leaving.

Normally good service, avoid Friday & Saturday night (with family) as it's like a youth club, lots of kids hanging about swearing. Security guard on site seems like their pal?Kid-friendliness: Over run by kids inside and out.

my mam nearly ate the entire place and the workers im very scared she told me it was a cheeky light snack and would do it again 10/10Wheelchair accessibility: my mother needs to fit in properly
Quiet most days, don't wait long for food, not sure why they employ 2 security guards to stand outside, and I wouldn't like to think I was relying on them if any trouble broke out, like 2 legs hanging out of a birds

Amazing me and my friends went yesterday Wednesday 7th February 2024 for the return of the breakfast wrap the staff from 07:25-08:00 were fantastic I’ve never seen service like it , it was still dark and we were 3 teenage lads most would be fuming to be at work at such a time and even more angry when 3 teenagers walked in at such an hour but they weren’t smiles all around lovely attitude made my day it was an amazing way to start off the morning and any staff who was there at that time deserves applause I’ve never seen such a great atmosphere at a Macdonalds in my life fantastic services and workersAlso breakfast wrap spot on delicious
