i was here at the 12th of january at around 8.45 and the service was not up to par as i was in the restaurant i heard the way that the manger was speaking to there employees and it was very much disrespectful. and also when i was leaving the restaurant the manager also said to another worker have they left a mess (talking about us) in a very disrespectful manner i am very appalled.???

Ordered on the app table service. When we sat down it was a dirty table cause none of them were clean despite it not being busy, when the food came it was slammed down on the table and he walked away not a word was spoken.my sauces were forgotten so i went to the till to ask for some and multiple staff members looked at me and ignored me. Staff need training, didn’t dare eat my food the state the tables were in and the attitude of the staff.

ordered a big mac meal with a fanta. Got coke instead of a fanta. Also ordered a McFlurry got no Mcflurry. May as well order from Sunderland City Centre.
