We were looking forward to the meal but unfortunately when we arrived we found out they had no heating (would have appreciated a call so we could make a choice which would have been considered good customer service) We decided to stay and get through the evening as it was New Year Eve and finding anywhere else this late would have been near impossible. The food was actually okay but you had to eat it quickly so it didn't go cold. Another unfortunate thing was that the bottles beers were not that chilled (might be filling up from the front) Pleasant staff, good table service.

Food And Waitress Service Very Good. However i feel the manager let the place down. Whilst i was there a toddler ran riot. Even ran into the kitchen 3 times!! As well as screaming and running all over the restaurant and climbing and walking along seating areas! As well as being a nuisance noise wise the toddler was a big hazard! To not say anything when he even ran into the kitchen 3 times is disgraceful! What about Health and Safety And Hygiene?? Manager let the staff down as well as allowing customers to not be able to enjoy their meals

We visited on Christmas Day. I ordered a vegan 3 course meal, however, my main course arrived with a Yorkshire pudding and honey glazed parsnips. When I queried this, my plate was taken away and the Yorkshire pudding removed with the waitress advising that this was 'a mistake but the rest of it was vegan'. It was only when I returned home and checked the menu that I realised the parsnips were in fact, honey glazed and not meant to be part of the vegan main. I have complained and received a very unapologetic reply and a £25 voucher for ruining my Christmas lunch. I shall certainly not be returning as the staff seem to not know the difference between vegan and vegetarian which could be extremely dangerous to anyone with allergies.

Kids loved it ❤️

This place is fab. We usually go to trampoline parks but this is so much cheaper and keeps the kids just as entertained. Hot drinks are nice.

We went and were told they were closing at 4 even though it states on website it was six. We only had 45 mins and they were charging £5. That is not value for money.

Expensive for what it is paid seven pound odd for two little cofees from a dispenser that's not even as good as the cheap 1 in my kitchen!

Grandsons enjoyed it, as it was quiet. Fruit shoot drinks are terribly overpriced.

Soft drink was flat, and straw leaves horrid taste. Partner is gluten free diet, separate menu, advertising all day breakfast, but not on main menu. No gluten free toast, bacon very salty. I ordered classic burger with no bacon. Served with bacon, very greasy, and no real taste. Several times been and closed. I used to use blue light card here, but only available for take out meals.?? We came at lunch time and was freezing. Must be saving g money on heating.

Had the 3 course lunch today expected a small portion as it was so reasonably priced but the portions were big and the food was gorgeous. The staff were friendly and really helpful. Recommended

My husband and I regularly go to Ryhope Harvester for a treat when we have a day off together. We love the food there, including the fresh salad bar, and from the main menu the steak is always my first choice. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is always welcoming. I really look forward to our visits and one day I will have room for dessert!
