The food was disgusting it wasn’t toasted properly customer service there is disgusting. There was no one in the area and my sister had the shouted for them to come down. Been waiting for 10 minutes don’t come to this place again. And apologies for being late. Next, so if I do come back here, I’m gonna go ask for the manager.

The sandwiches barely had any filling and they were missing several things we asked for. The toasted sandwich wasn't even warm and lacked any cheese at all (paid for extra). The lettuce was freezer burned and the ham dry. The staff have deliberately left the phone off the hook so you can't complain or request new food. God awful, avoid.

Ordered a subway and was in store watching it get made! All was fine except the stale bread and when I got home found a hair embedded in the bread itself. Could not even eat the rest of it. Do not recommend

The gentleman who served us was friendly and attentive. They didn't have any meatballs though! Had to settle for a chicken tikka instead, was still very tasty.
Waiting to be served and staff contaminated food by not changing gloves and putting hand straight into lettuce.I did not order, informed staff and got a "sorry about that mate " reply.Not ideal for vegetarian or halal friendly optionStaff need training!

half the items that you could choose from weren’t there. staff serving us wasn’t too happy about being there as well. honey mustard sauce was very watery.she also wouldn’t let us eat inside even though the subway was open for at least another hour, her reasoning was that is “closed soon”.

Very slow service and extra tight on serving size. I always get a salad box, usually I get two scoops of chicken tikka this time there was only one and a pinch of grated cheese! Just because I'm on a diet doesn't mean I need further rationing...very disappointed.

Got my delivery and I don't think they even follow what is on the order as I ordered a veggie delite with no tomatos. I got tomatos and a veggie paty which I didn't ask for. A friend of mine got a tuna and cheese sub and they didn't toast it after they asked for it toasted honestly follow the order sheet it does wonders.
