Nothing special - the food was bland and tasteless. The service was sluggish and the staff seemed more interested in talking between themselves and ignoring customers.*Edit*Don't even bother trying to complain. Subway's customer service is terrible and they do not care. Best to avoid!

Asked for the Italian herbs and cheese bread, couldn’t have it as it was to hot, is that not what mittens are used for? I then asked for spicy nachos, ofcourse classic subway didn’t have them. Not only this but I counted how many nacho crisps was in and there was only 9 crisps, when I asked for more the woman said that was the correct portion size. If I could, I’d give it 0 stars because I will never be coming back to subway Chester road when that rude woman is in

The only reason I go to Subway is the meatball subs. So the fact that every time I go to this Subway they're out (and I'm pretty sure they just don't bother to ever make meatballs in the first place so they're always "out") isn't great. But I'd be fine with it if they didn't also wait to tell me until after they've already started making the sandwich/I've got the bag in my hand for a mobile order to say they're out of meatballs. If I order a sandwich with meatballs and you never bothered to make any, just say that before you start making the sandwich and I'm now obligated to be "fine" with whatever sandwich you're already making instead. Dishonest and disappointing.

No hairnet,cap or apron worn, of course their was a hair in my food. 3 star hygiene rating says it all, boyfriend was also poorly after his food ??Oh and she was also stood at deli counter chatting to her pals on the phone, when I worked in a different subway we'd be bollocked for even checking our phones out the back!?

Missed item off the order and said there's no way they can send driver for just one meal. Girlfriend just opened her meal and it's not even the right order. Looks like they've just sent what they have left. Am sorry but if you can take the money for the order then you can deliver the food which the customer orders. Shocking service and will never use subway again.
