Just been in subway and man behind the serving counter didn’t even take out order until 3 app orders. After these 3 app orders there was no chicken left and barley any ingredients left for us. Ant running round the bin due to the uncleanness.

Just been in and it’s the Scruffiest subway I’ve ever been in. Ants around drink dispenser and bin. Floor dirty. No chicken or ingredients ready as greasy employee was too busy in doing just eat orders. Very poor service and the food we did get, the cookies I could have used as a door knocker and sandwich was a mess. Do not recommend to a friend.

Went in there today at 2pm. Messy public area at first sight. Still, was in need of something for my lunch. Ordered a 6" Tuna."We've got no Tuna" and a blank stare. No apology, no nothing. The guy seemed fine having his friend just sat there and talking to her immediately before this. Customer service non existent. I find it hard they've ran out of tuna, but know it can happen. It's more the attitude that annoyed me hence the review.

Was provided with nachos with cold salsa, that is all. A cold sandwich when I asked for it toasted. I called the branch as was told to deal with it, put it in my microwave, of which I do not have! Then the women had the audacity to hang up the phone on me!Shocking customer service and outrageous how this subway can't fulfill simple orders, even tried to blame Uber eats! Laughing stock this branch - avoid at all costs!!!!

I've ordered food from this subway twice on uber eats.The first time, they put dairy cheese on the sandwiches instead of vegan cheese. If I hadn't noticed i would have been extremely ill due to an allergy. When I called to see what they could do, I was told that they "just haven't read the order".The second time, I paid for 12 inch sub which came as 6 inch, and for a litre bottle of pop, which I didn't get. They also put real chicken in what was supposed to be a vegan chicken sub. When I called they just didn't seem to care and said there was nothing they could do. I will not be using this subway again. Orders are clearly not read properly which could be dangerous for someone with a servere allergy

Staff seem disinterested and the sandwiches are messy when they make them. I've been to better subways.

Me and my boyfriend ordered two small meals from here through uber eats, I have no idea how they messed up so badly. Firstly they somehow managed to mix up our sale, sauce and cheese. Also the vegan cookies we ordered were actually chocolate meaning my lactose intolerant boyfriend felt sick the rest of the night.
