Waited 1 hour for food i wouldnt mine one was a kids sandwich box what was pre made, another family ordered 20 minutes after us and got these. When asked where is are food we where told sorry forgot will sort it now. Food was awful didn't eat half of it. The tables outside where we had are food where old food all over tables and floor didn't look like it had been cleaned for weeks.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I’ve been coming to this cafe for 19 years.every time I came to wales with the family, most of the time eating breakfasts every day spending 40/50 pounds a time.Well Today I’ll never set foot in the place again.Ordered food came eventuallyNow the food was 3/10Everybody sitting round me allSaid the same… isn’t the same experience had before lThink the staff need trainingIn my experience I personally think it’s changed owners or something

Disgusting food , overcooked, cheap, overpriced. Came out feeling physically sick . Will never visit again, staff serving were literally about 15 years old, too young to be dealing with customers and serving food. Even my children refused to eat half of the food. I’ve ate better in supermarket cafes. Burnt fatty horrible bacon, Dry eggs. Sausages burnt dry and cheap. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The amount of food you get for the price is amazing, bit of a wait for food but to be fair inside the cafe and outside was full so it's to be expected but when the food arrived the waitress was very apologetic about the wait... be definitely visiting here again next year
Very bad service, sat for 15 mins and nobody even asked about drinks, twice this happened and both occasions I left hungry and thirsty ,I only went back on the second day just to see if the first day was a once off but sadly not

4 of us have just had beef dinner there today 16th July and it was lovely,and I'm not just saying this because if I don't like stuff I let them know,and £2 cheaper than bells of Saint Mary's some of the old staff are back I'll be back xxxx

Came here several times, had my breakfast and a Sunday dinner. Fabulous service even when it’s busy. Always on top of everything.Kid-friendliness: The kids love it here. Always something for everyone and the staff are all fabulous with kids.
