Food did not taste good. Chips were totally cold. Burger was also cold, No milkshake, not a pleasant experience, table stank of cleaning fluid, staff not interested.

How rude the staff are when they get the order wrong, then literally throw the food at u. I was very polite with the situation. Food was cold and still gave me a wrong meal, after i told him twice. He was that rude about it. Made me leave, seriously what happened to customers service with a

Absolutely terrible, a guy mopping the floor Infront of us trying to order, another staff woman talking to us whilst we were trying to eat our cold food, and a lady slipped hard on the wet floor, horrible

Moved to the local area, and I will say the In store service is fantastic! And 9 times out of 10 your order will be perfect. Its usually very busy though, screens are available but take card only.However, if you go to this McDonald's, I wouldn't recommend the drive through. There are so many times I've gone through the drive through with the simplest of orders and I never get them, I asked for the new mccrispy, I got a sorry excuse, yes a mccrispy burger but none of the added extras like bacon or any salad ? I was so disappointed to the point I took comparison photos of my friends order and hers was fine ?. I give up going through McDonald's drive thoughs, I don't trust them. Unless you have the time to go inside, don't bother unless you order something off the menu that the drive through staff can remember, they seem to ignore notes like"no gherkins' etc. So just bare it in mind.

Stopped for dinner and tried to order on the app but it froze after I had paid and so it caused havoc trying to sort the order out.Staff were lovely though. and really helpful, thankfully the payment went through ok in the end.Staff worked hard to keep tables and floors clean due to disrespectful customers just dropping foods on the floor and not picking them up or just leaving empty food wrappers on tables.Food and drinks were nice and temperature hot and my McSpicy was the hottest one I’ve ever had at a Maccies! ?Would call again if we were in the area.
