Ordered for the first time, ordered at 8.04pm (fri) delivery should of been 9.10pm (latest) received food at a10.15pm (after me ringing twice to chase it up, they were pleasant on the phone) received order of 2 kebabs & onion rings (No chips) in order, rang again & was told they would send them out, food needed to be microwaved as wasn’t hot enough, but, the kebabs (chicken/doner) were delicious, rang to say leave the chips as we had finished our meals & they wouldn’t arrive in time, would order again as the food was lovely, but I’d order 2hrs before it was required, they are obviously busy but a realistic delivery time should be stated on order.

Hands down, the BEST kebab I have ever eaten in my life... the only downside is the price. I had a chicken and doner kebab, my partner had a small lamb doner kebab with cheesy chips and it came to £21. I would most definitely go here again, but perhaps not have the chicken and lamb doner kebab purely because of the price.

Never turned up at the time stated. Gave it another 10 minutes (like you do) then called as it was taking the mick. Guy from the restaurant told us to wait another hour and a half or cancel. Already waited an hour and 20 minutes. Could've told us earlier on it wasn't going to be on time, atleast it would've given time to order from somewhere else. Absolute joke!!

Can't even rate the place, waited an hour and 20 minutes which was the max time on just eat, only to eventually be told after calling the restaurant that we would be waiting another hour. Absolutely rubbish! Guy on the phone was ridiculous as the only options were refund or wait until 12.45. For something ordered at 10.15

The best pizza we ever had in Towyn! The pizza was so delicious and with so many toppings you could choose from that we even visited the shop twice in the same day! The kebabs were juicy and very tasty. Fresh salad and a variety of sauces. We loved the garlic mayonnaise.Can't go wrong with this place. High quality food and great staff. Will visit again very soon.

Placed an order at 1130, my phone number on just eat was wrong so instantly called the takeaway to give them my correct number, the lady said we don't need your number as we have it. My order on just eat said will be delivered at 1240. 1am came and still no order so I called back and was told by a lady that they are just making my order now as they have been very busy, I said that's fine. The order on just eat was updated to be delivered at 130. 2am came still no order so I called back with no answer. Went to bed at 230 and phoned them back today. I was greeted by the manager that was very angry and told me they tried to deliver it 4 times and apparently I didn't answer, I was sat with my phone all night with full signal and nobody called me. He said I eventually answered and told the driver I was too drunk to come to collect it from the gate, I don't even drink alcohol. He said I will not be getting a refund or my order redelivered before hanging up on me. All he could talk about was how good his reviews were online and that's proof somehow that I was in the wrong? Terrible customer service order from somewhere else if I was you.

Overpriced small portions aimed at tourists on local caravan parks. Chicken kebab is cooked on a hotplate not a chargrill so it just tasted of oil and burger. They cooked our burger order next to it.? Salad soaking wet and ruined the bread as it was soaked. No cucumber / no tomato just soaking wet lettuce onion and cabbage. Garlic sauce was the cheap stuff from farmfoods. I ordered a large with chips and having eaten many elsewhere it was not large at all. 1/4 pound Cheese burger & chips. Soggy chips. Low quality burger & bun. 8 inch mushroom pizza. Ok. £25 collected but not good value, and we wont be back.
