I have in the past given the Aber Spar a 5 star rating. Unfortunately, I think that I must have caught one of the normally friendly and helpful staff having an off day as I wasn't served with the same kind of courtesy that I have come to expect. The slim, dark - haired young lady with spectacles did not respond to my please and thank you's. An isolated incident like this, however, won't put me off shopping here.
