I’ve been a customer here since opening, I enjoy the coffee more than anywhere else in town but I have become more and more disappointed in the state of the toilets.I’m afraid it’s time to say they have deteriorated too much and I won’t be back until that changes. It is an indication of a lack of customer care.

Cafe Nero coffee is always a spot on, sadly didn’t have the winter blend available but the regular one was still tasty. The space needs cleaning probably upgrade the furniture as well. Compared to Cafe Nero in London this place really needs some looking after

Lovely cafe. Wanted a catch up with an old friend but the woman behind the counter that was a trainee barista. Glasses and tattoos spoke so so loud during my whole time there. Having conversation with another member of staff whilst taking my order. Would recommend turning the volume down as it was irritating many people drinking here. Just too loud

As usual the coffee here was really good. To sit down we had to share a long table with a couple of others but their coffee always makes it worth it.
Everything was fine except the biscuits we had were soft and not to the standard you would expect from Caffè
Good selection of sandwiches and panini’s, great coffee too. Mozzarella and tomato sandwich is highly recommended
Dirty. Especially furniture and toilets..Staff not keen on customer service anymore, unfortunately.
As always in any Nero's you get polite service and excellent coffee
