Well it’s a long walk out of town! There used to be a Costa in the centre of town that always seemed very busy so no idea why they closed it down!!!

We were served by Luke a few days ago. He is always pleasant and courteous. This Costa is clean and tables are cleared quickly. All the staff are well trained and pleasant. Well worth a visit!

Amazing customer service, the coffee and toastie was delicious. The staff were extremely nice and very welcoming as a person with anxiety i felt very comfortable and happy with my visit, me and my moms visit this costa alot and we enjoy every experience.

Absolutely wonderful staff, constantly go above and beyond for us. Never let down by drinks and food. We visit multiple times a week and will continue to do so.

Rude staff member. She seemed to be in charge so not the best example of customer service for the staff. Asked if they were open. One staff member politely said no. This woman however proceeded to speak loudly about how much cleaning she has to do. Wish i hadnt even asked.

Great location, the coffee shop is well set out and it always has customers using it.\\nCosta has great coffee, a good selection of food options. The tables are usually cleared well and in good time, by well trained, friendly staff.\\nThe only reason this Costa and the majority of them only gets four stars is because of the lack of toilet facilities, that are normally always unclean and smelly. It let's the place down and also spoils it for when you get a table closer to the toilet facilities, which would never be by choice, only necessity!

It has jumped leaps and bounds under the new manager. The service is great, everyone smiles, nothing is too much trouble. The toilets are spotless, the drinks hot and we feel safe. Mainly because they insist on Track and Trace (which can wind some people up) but we appreciate that they're just doing their job. First Choice with my wife and family.

Had an amazing experience at costa next Aberystwyth, the two girls serving were fabulous and very helpful. The manager Sam is full of energy and she’s very lovely to her customers. Will be back quite soon. Keep it up.

Had a lovely day today at Costa Next Aberystwyth! Sam and Sam are lovely girls and are super friendly and very helpful and thoughtful. Had my daughter with me and she was fussy about the marshmallows and before I even went up to the counter Sam (non manager) sorted it right away. Best staff turn over I’ve seen in a while! Much better than the staff I have seen there. Will be coming back very soon!!

We regularly go to Costa, Parc-y-llyn, Aberystwyth but recently we have noticed how busy the Cafe is. The most remarkable situation, though, is that it is manned , superbly by one person . Lone working can always be stressful, however , this is the opposite. Luke always extends a heartfelt welcome to all, his warmth and friendly personality is a draw, in itself . He is always professional and the Service exceeds excellence! Under the present circumstances, he advises and assists everyone on the track and trace facility and takes time with Customers who aren’t that confident with the practice . The level of cleanliness is high and never is there a table left with used crockery . This chap is keeping the business ticking over , whilst providing a service and welcome second to none, even though , we have been present , whilst the expectations of some visitors are unrealistic , causing a fuss when he asks what they want and they blow up , shouting “ you should know that by now, that’s how I want it not how you do it” Now is not the climate to to bring out the inner , Diva ! We are lucky that this Coffee shop is still functioning , so the support of the few , who act like so, would be appreciated by fellow Customers , as well as the Staff . I hope this individual is compensated by the Company for his Commitment and high level of Service . This is the best coffee shop Costa has in the area , so Thankyou and well done , Luke!
