If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Waited nearly 2 hours for food to arrive. I called at 6.30 to check they delivered to my address where I was told they do. I then called at 6.55 to place my order and pay. About 30 minutes later I was called and told they don't normally deliver to my address and would have to charge another £5 for delivery. The person I spoke to was not pleasant ornpolite and made it sound like It was my fault the mess up had happened. Food finally arrived at 8.45 for it to be the wrong food ordered and not even warm. Ridiculous experience and wouldn't order from here again.

Very slow ordered a pizza and they took like an hour and 15 minutes phoned them up and after the 4th time they answered I asked how long and they said they phoned us up (the phone never rang and it was next to us) and that he knocked the door what with his pinky ? as we didn't even HEAR the door (I live in a tiny flat) we would of heard a decent knock and then cancelled the order?

Pizzas are the best in Town by far and the milkshakes are amazing and I hope soon they can add different milkshakes to the menu like twix, mint chocolate and milkybar.

Dreadful place. How did place even pass the food hygiene and safety requirements? Pizza Time needs to change their takeaway containers immediately! This is a serious health risk and it is cancerous! Everyone with half a brain should know putting hot food with oil and steam will melt away the polystyrene container. I wasted a good meal and had to toss most of my food out. The polystyrene had stuck to the fries and nuggets rendering unfit for consumption. The Ceredigion Food Standard Agency needs to look into this matter!
