We were there in July and enjoyed the food and the atmosphere was lovely. We stayed Friday, Saturday and Sunday and had food there 3 times so I don't understand the comment about the lack of food. We are going this weekend to meet family for brother in laws birthday.Vegetarian options: My broth in law was happy with the choice on offer.Parking: Didn't have trouble parking but was a bit tight on Saturday as the school was having a sports day still managed to park though .Kid-friendliness: There were a few children there when we were there and there was a small play area over the road but that might have been attached to the village school.Wheelchair accessibility: The steps were small. I can't remember if there was a ramp sorry

We were here Aug 2023. Great selection of pump beers including Magners on draft. No food at all, just bar snacks. Great for sky sports

Googled “carvery in Aberystwyth “ and the Black Lion was on the map - phoned and spoke to a helpful chap, booking for 3 made at short notice - we were very pleased and had great food ! Will go again !
