Delivery was quick but pizza had hair on it hardly no cheese just tasted of tomato. Chips were cold. Garlic bread so small. Would not recommend at all.

Girl behind the counter charged me £33 for a large pepperoni pizza. Which should have been £9.99 on a collection only deal. Will take 3-4 days for a refund. Stay clear of the place. SHOCKING SERVICE!

Very clean and tidy, I like the fact it’s an open kitchen to see how the food is being prepped. No a fan of dominoes food but love the set up here. Very tight ship.

This place has gone down hill massively. 20 min delivery turned into 50 mins. Tracker showed they was outside my house when they wasnt. Food arrived 20 mins after tracker said outside man was on foot walking no vehicle in sight. Explains why tracker lied and so late. He walked from the town centre to deliver. Pizza was stone cold, missing bbq base and sriacha sauce, pizza was cut with what can be described as different shapes such as a big triangle, some type of square, some type of round shape. Very weird and odd. Dont they have a pizza cutter? Nachos was all soggy. What a dump. Dont order from here whatever you do.

Swift delivery, so the food was nice and hot, tasty, love the stuffed crust!However, I asked for extra red and green peppers on my meaty pizza and considering the price paid for extras, I would have expected more.

Would be much better if the person who served me actually listen to what I ordered and not adding their own ideas, If I ask for no pineapple I mean no pineapple, if I ask for BBQ sauce I don't want tomato. I know I ordered 5 pizzas but it's not rocket science.

Absolute chaos!!! I ordered two small pizzas online at 7.16pm and was told they would be ready at 7.36. I turned up at 7.30 and walked into a wall of noise. Staff members shouting very loudly at each other and even swearing on a couple of occasions. There was another customer in store and we both just looked at each other in sheer disbelief. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour. I felt totally ignored for the first few minutes of being there as they were too busy arguing with each other. Eventually I was asked what my name was before the one member of staff who seemed to be the boss (female with glasses and definitely the loudest) shouted over me to another member of staff that she wanted a medium not a large. Once the latest shouting episode was over I was then told that my pizza had been made ‘wrongly’ and had to be made again. Another wait and another 20 minutes of watching staff argue. My 10 year old daughter wanted to come with me- I’m so glad she didn’t as she would have been petrified with all the noise. Eventually the new pizza was ready and I left the store at 7.57. My daughter enjoyed her pizza but mine (which had been ready for a good 20mins) was now cold and had to be reheated at home. Awful customer service!!

Delivery driver called Richard was absolutely HORRIFIC . I was holding my ONE YEAR OLD BABY BOY IN MY ARMS whilst being verbally abused (I am 24 year old female who is three months pregnant) I was holding my one year old son whilst rushing to answer the door (I live on a top floor flat with no lift.) I carried my son down and was shouted at in my face by this horrible man. Swearing and shouting at me asking why I didn’t answer the buzzer the first time he called it! He was very aggressive and angry towards me and my child. Richard would benefit from anger management therapy and maybe a lot more training in his job role. I Definitely won’t be ordering from here again because of this man! This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my whole life. Absolutely SHOCKING!! This man should NOT be allowed to work in the customer service / hospitality industry. I am absolutely fuming about this! Totally unnecessary and unacceptable on Richards behalf. I am so upset and angry because he has really ruined my day and scared my son!!!Kid-friendliness: Your staff - (delivery drivers) need training on kid-friendliness

I've collected from here many times, and I've also ordered from other franchises. Overall my experience has been pretty good. There was one occasion in which the pizza seemed really small compared to normal, with less toppings on than I would typically expect. I could tell this from the weight of the pizza alone. I felt like a Karen for going in to ask for another, but upon showing the staff, they agreed and quickly replaced it with another which had plenty of toppings on. As I mentioned, this was only one small mistake out of many orders over the last few years. Probably one of the most reliable offerings around, and they inform you if it's particularly busy, resulting in a slightly longer wait.I cannot comment on the delivery service as I've never needed to use it.Parking for collection is normally ok - side streets maybe used, just avoid the disabled parking spot right outside the jobcentre, unless you have a blue badge of course.Wheelchair friendly access, but high serving desk could cause an inconvenience for some.Vegetarian options: A whole range of vegetarian pizzas, aswell as a few other dishes on menu.Much more than a few years ago when there was maybe one or two veggie options.Parking: Not many spaces, but you'll usually find somewhere close by.Wheelchair accessibility: A disabled space right across a fairly quiet side street. Easy access to building with no stepDietary restrictions: Plenty of options for vegetarian, gluten free etc... a fair amount of allergen information.

Made a mistake on order and the Barry outlet instantly refused to change the order, gave me a number to phone that opened in 2 days time. Totally unacceptable customer service from dominoes.

I ordered a pizza to collect, very disappointed to hear the Manager who looked about 15 speaking down to other staff member and quite frankly being completely condescending and rude. The pizza was fine however I’d think twice about going there again if this type of Management is encouraged. I was mortified and left feeling sorry for the staff who had to suffer this cretins superior, self righteous, belittling attitude.
