It's a large pub/restaurant but massively over priced. People were complaining about the food, it was cold and wasn't presented very well... I myself didn't eat anything as was put off but 2 glasses of wine... Glasses not bottle came to £19.... But being the only pub in the airport u guess u can charge what u like... It's a lovely airport such a same that it's such a shody pub area

This is an actual email that I have written to management! They only get a 2 rating beacuse the all day breakfast wasn't actually that bad!! Hi I'm writing with reference to a meal (sharer) namely "Loaded chips with cheesy bacon" that was purchased at The Beer House at Cardiff Airport on Wednesday 30th August 2023 in the afternoon. What we were served in no way shape or form resembled any type of "Loaded chips with cheesy bacon" that I've been served previously and unlike anything that I'm likely to be served in the future. I would very much like to hear your comments and would be delighted to know if you think this is acceptable? (Image attached) That said, I suppose you could argue the cheese was cut extraordinarily fine and placed on the plate "Masterchef" style and was even somewhat refined and pleasing on the eye and the odd touches of bacon gave it a contrast that would not be missed on a piece of art hanging off the walls of The Tate Modern but maybe just a little more of it wouldn't have gone amiss. I appreciate it is airport food and not a fine dining "a la carte" establishment but it did make me wonder as to whether I got to the airport on the correct date or whether it was in fact April Fool's day! It also made me want to commit a crime and end up in HMP Cardiff which is only a short drive away where I'm sure even the inmates would argue they get served more nutritious food and no doubt dine more elegantly but the only crime committed on the day was what I was presented with. Oh dear, Where to start... Place was stinking, guys behind bar not bothered to clear glasses when plane left, they were on their phones. It's a basic of bars/pubs business... I would be having a word if I was a manager.

No menus out. Asked if there was a kids menu....told 1 staff checked with second. Then on leaving a huge pile of kids menus on the bar!!! Fuming.Anyways...ordered a chicken burger and chips....over a tenner .. tiny portions of chips, no side of anything...you know..peas or a little salad. Burger was ok. Decent chicken .Tables not cleared for ages. Super noisy due to the high ceilings.One pint is £7.Go for executive and avoid at all costa

The staff printed off some colouring for my children as our flight was delayed. They were lovely and helped ease our pain with their cheery natire. Thanks to the morning crew, simmon and jamesKid-friendliness: Printed out colouring and lent us pens
Within the limitations of an airport restaurant, this fared very well in my estimation. Neil provided pleasant, attentive service and my craving for a hamburger and chips (fries) was satisfied - they were excellent. You could also see the staff interacting with each other and they seemed to enjoy working with each other - nice to witness that. Well done all of you.

We were served by Roberto who was so polite and helpful..He went over and above what was expected, he brought our drinks over to the table for us. (I'm in a wheelchair).Thanks Roberto, what an awesome start to our holiday!

Had a GREAT experience our breakfasts were very good, hot enough. Hubby said he loved his breakfast, which he rarely says. We adored our gorgeously delicious mochas. Had mochas also from Ritazza next door (queue empty there) which were no where near as nice as the Beer House. Tables clean and regularly cleared. Service was very quick. Very busy with plenty of tables.
