Absolutely outstanding food, the Welsh grazing board was so tasty. For tapas we had Anglesey eggs, slow cooked beef stew, garlic mushrooms and the squid. I can't rate it highly enough, everything was delicious!

We had an excellent dinner here tonight for 2. Big juicy olives, tasty tapas and scrumptious desert. Must try the angseley eggs, mussels (not pictured), and chocolate brownie! There are good options for vegetarians or pescatarian. My husband really enjoyed the slow cooked beef. Also superb presentation, lovely and attentive staff, cozy romantic atmosphere, and decent prices. Very happy!

Went for valentine’s set menu last night and it was fantastic. Beautifully decorated, wonderful attentive staff, the food was excellent (very vegan friendly) and delicious drinks. Of note the portions were really generous and we will felt the price was excellent value, in world where that has become so rare, and thought they could have charged far more. Thank you ever so much ??❤️ we will be back for our wedding anniversary in July and hope to try out the rooms

Had the pleasure of spending 3 nights at Aubrey and Mari's wonderful establishment for our 10 year anniversary, with an evening of Tapas at the on site restaurant for one of those. The room (5 - Cariad) was modern with lovely views over the town and the food was amazing.It is positioned ideally on the high street of Betws-Y-Coed, a picturesque Welsh outdoors town with plenty of walking shops and eateries.As well as this most of Snowdonia is on the doorstep for walks and days out and we also spent a day wandering the local Gwydir forest without ever having to hop in the car, just be sure to bring your hill climbing lungs, or a bike to sample the MTB scene, Wales is after all rather hilly - but that's how I like it!Lastly, the breakfast was the perfect set up to an activity fuelled day, being tasty and with plenty of it.In summary a delightful stay and lovely anniversary for us, thanks!

We stayed at Olif for a few nights over the Christmas period and what can I say, it was a fantastic stay. The staff were extremely welcoming, the rooms spotless, great amenities were offered in the room and everything was easily within walking distance. Very glad we were able to stay here.

My partner and I were staying at the Riverside campsite over the weekend and we booked at Olif for Friday evening, my partner is Vegan and they cater well for Vegans and meat eaters alike, we both enjoyed our meal and red wine immensely and will be back soon! Jon & Gill A++++
Fantastic food, excellent service, really good value. A little bit of Spain in north wales. They put something on the bill we didn’t order, and when pointed out they removed it and removed the cost of something else we did order as well by way of apology. Not necessary but very thoughtful! Can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re in Betys make sure to book a table. It’s popular!

Spent a wonderful evening at Olif’s enjoying fantastic food and drink. I particularly enjoyed the locally sourced produce. The staff were a delight, very welcoming and attentive. It was easy to park nearby and walk the short distance to the venue. There really wasn’t anything not to like and would highly recommend for its relaxed, pleasant vibe. Campus!
