It was rather busy when l visited so the staff took a long time to take my order. Coffee was very good. Nice and hot. The sausage sandwich was let down by cold cheap bread. Not at all pleasant. I would rather pay more to have proper bread. Hot sausages on freezing bread is not nice. I would return but only for coffee.

I had the pleasure of ordering takeout from Favourites in Blackwood, South Wales, and I must say, the food was outstanding. The flavors were authentic and absolutely delicious. I ordered a variety of dishes, and each one exceeded my expectations.

We love McKenzies, the food and service are great. The only downside is their website says they are open until 5pm but a few times we have arrived around 3pm and they are closing. So unless we can get there by 2pm, we don't bother going.

Food was very poor. Ordered at 4.45, food delivered at 5.15,so delivery was good. Very small bag of warmed up (not freshly cooked) shrivelled chips, water thin, sweet and sour sauce and green coloured curry sauce. First time using this Chinese and it will be the last time.

Amazing friendly service. We booked for 10 people for breakfast as a celebration of the life of our brother who passed away recently. Staff were very sensitive to our needs and arranged an area especially for us, so that we would not be disturbed. Food was faultless all arrived piping hot and plenty of it. Thanks to the staff for making a sad day more bareable.

I have ordered from this takeaway before and food has always been lovely, so was very disappointed this evening to find the quality of the food at a very poor standard, ordered 1/2 crispy duck with pancakes to feed 4 people, it was that overcooked that we only managed to make 5 out of the 12 pancakes and the rest was inedible, the chicken chop suey dish was very bland as was the chicken fried rice, the only tasty thing was the crispy chicken wings in chilli sauce, overall a waste of the £44.80 paid

Food was 25 minutes late. When it did come it was plated up straight away but was everything was cold. Phoned the takeout and complained. I asked for it to be collected and money reimbursed the answer I had was “the driver said it was hot when I handed it to the customer. “The food was stone cold. Not only was I annoyed at paying £42 for cold food,I was annoyed that he was defending the delivery driver and in turn making me out to be a liar. This is our first visit to this takeout. DREADFUL food. Service and delivery. Not recommend at all. Zero stars from my experience but you have to give a one star to continue to make a review.

With so many takeaways in Blackwood you need to step up your game.if your busy that's a good thing.get more staff to keep up with your demand. Very poor service wont bother again like afew on here by the looks. Cant complain about food because you never get it..

Absolutely disgusting service, placed an order for delivery, for 2 simple dishes, at 9pm waited over 2 hrs, after numerous phone calls telling me my delivery was on its way, finally at 11.15pm told my order was cancelled. Will never order again.. shocking
