The morning staff need to be more attentive. People are on their way to work and the staff are having a chat with a regular customer instead of helping the lady serving the long queue on her own.

Never as good selection rude staff who are very unhappy in their jobs overheard them complaining a few timesDont ask them for anything you won't get it5 different excuses on 5 different days only wanted a roll with no butter ....Use subway now when working in the area
This place wad never great but its getting worse. Worse baguette I've ever had. Hardly any filling, soggy bread and withered tomatoes. Won't forget my pack lunch again.
