Think this place could do with a make over. Very shabby and ladies toilets were terrible.

They literally snapped a vegetarian sausage in half and split it between me and my partner for Sunday lunch?! What are you playing at?! For meat options they throw meat at u, so I ask why the double standards? In fact I don't care for an answer, we won't be coming back!

An absolutely fantastic Mother’s Day lunch, every course was exceptional, well presented and tasted great. We travelled to meet family and chose the Maes Manor and were so glad we

First time going to the maes manor and fair to say it will be the last. Booked a table in advance for Mother’s Day, rang them numerous times to add one person on to which they blatantly refused. They cared more about their dimensions than customer service and wouldn’t go as far as putting one chair on the end of the table. There was plenty of room to expand our table to which they were very rude and refused. When contacting them, I was in the middle of asking a question to Danielle to which she rudely interrupted me and hung up the phone. Their customer service was appalling. Their service was very slow. Took an hour and half between main to serving the dessert. Upon booking it stated free glass of sparkling wine to all mothers. This was given out as we were leaving when it should’ve been upon arrival. Will not be attending again, customer service was awful.

I booked my sister and family here as I live close, and had a full house. Feed back disappointing. Rooms tired looking, but old building so be to be expected , one of our widowed friends felt quite isolated at end of corridor. Room tiny but still paid £90 she was very nervous. , Breakfast spoilt there stay poor is being kind quantity, presentation, quantity bad serving staff unhelpful . They where looking forward to a good breakfast as long journey back home, positiveStaff on arrival were welcoming, I have been to Christmas party’s in the past and been lovely. I am disappointed to be writing this. Won’t be recommending again .

fab wedding, entire service and reception very good. Any issues dealt with if they happened. Friend hard working staff that. Made packing up wedding things ready and as easy as possible for us as we didn't use external services, but ourselves and family and friends to dismantle our own bespoke flower arch and our own assembled balloon arch and our own decorations to tables. Thank you Maes Manor Hotel and Family and friends to make our Day so special. X

First time visiting here to attend my nephews wedding back in September, and must say the last time I ever visit there! My disabled brother had a fall down the stairs early in the evening after popping to his room, and not one of the staff run over to help or see if he was ok!When I approached the desk asking for a first aider or help, they told us there was no one there who could do anything. The manager was seriously rude and told us if it wasn't an open wound, then there was nothing they could do.... I mean Seriously??? What kind of place is this???We then asked for a coffee for my brother who was in real bad pain, only to be told we had to pay for it!We then had to leave my nephews wedding to rush my brother to hospital (for which my other brother had to carry my disabled brother out to the car where I was waiting to take him because again, no staff offered any help whatsoever)!Anyway, it turned out he had seriously broken his foot which might yet need surgery!... The venue didn't even offer a refund for the room we had originally booked... Ruined what should have been a special occasion.Shocking staff! If you're ever thinking of booking here for a wedding or stay, I'd seriously consider elsewhere. So unprofessional and rude! The manager should be ashamed!Seriously considering suing the place!

Staying at the Historic Charm Inn felt like stepping back in time, in the best possible way. The attention to detail in preserving the historic elements was impressive. Our room was elegant and beautifully furnished. The innkeeper's warm hospitality added a personal touch to our stay. The location, right in the heart of the historic district, was ideal for exploring local landmarks. A truly memorable experience.

The Metropolitan Harmony Suites were a blend of modern elegance and urban tranquility. The suites' design and amenities provided a comfortable respite in the heart of the city. Our suite was spacious, and the cityscape views were captivating. The concierge was attentive and guided us to peaceful city spots. A stay here is a symphony of urban harmony.
