Looked online said it was 24 hour so ordered though the app only to arrive and find the driver though closed. Knocked on the window to be told by a member of Staff it would be a 45 minute wait before it reopen.

My delivery order was almost 2 hours late, so hence was cold. I took it back to the shop, only to be told its nothing to do with them contact the delivery service.If Mcdonalds use these people, it should be them who sort any problems out, not the customer.On inspection of the food, there was a long hair in the burger bap.One place i will never use again for sure.

Chaos just chaos !! Massive queues and Deliverroo /just eat drivers hanging around everywhere spoils the experience and for elderly and people with kids( single mums etc ) prob quite intimidating with them all sound back and forth! I Prob would visit again for these reasons so just a warning to others ?

I swear every OTHER time I order a meal it's wrong, I'm specific with what I want, nothing but dam Cheese, yet they almost always muck it up, today I did a mobile order hoping that it would be right since I specifically put what I wanted into the app, but no, no cheese in the burger, ridiculous "plain" was written on the box... That's not what I asked for!

Ordered via just eat, only revived drink and not food. Rang in to sort it out and they won’t have it that it was their mistake and only blamed the driver, bags was fully sealed with a happy delivery man and as can see in the map with your order i was his only stop, what a disgrace McDonald’

MY KFC was nice I had pop corn chicken and seasoned fries. And a peace of chicken on the bone because it was just up the road from mcdonalds and the drive through was full so kfc was quiter.

Always good for a McDonald's munch just it's annoying going to the drive thru once I placed my order and still have to wait even when it's 2 items of foodParking: The delivery drivers are such a pain they park in the car park and take customers spaces

There should be a minus star option, again this morning poor service and attitude off both management and front of house staff. How can you serve toasted muffins not toasted, I sent them back as I might as well of eating them straight from the packet that's how under cooked they were.I was told by the drive through staff they serve them like that due to people complaining they are too crispy.I was told to park up due to other customers waiting ,I advised I needed to get to work and needed fresh ASAP.After parking up for a while I went in to the store to find most of the staff standing around chatting. I asked where my fresh muffins were as I had to get to work , also stated why does no one listen in this store as I had asked for extra butter and was given them with no butter and not toasted.A young girl front of house decided to get into a debate and rudely address me by stating they are cooked that's how they are served and we don't put butter on them( Don't advertise them with butter then).3 times I had to tell her the food was not cooked before she decided to wind her neck in, then a manager well I say manager came to the counter to put her 2 pence in. I told her food needs to be correctly prepared before serving it to the customer she just gave me attitude.This is the 2nd time this year I've had issues with this branch and dealt with 2 different managers with an attitude,I can see why the staff have a bad attitude towards the customer when they are being lead by such bad management.I work with regulators and consumer rights on a daily basis and if I had sent that food to the food standard agency there would have been an investigation against this branch.A bit of constructive feedback , teach your staff some manners and how to practice good customer service, train your manager's up to standards and how to deal with escalations and customer dissatisfaction.Also get your staff some training on how to cook food to a good standard, let's be fair it's McDonald's not Jamie Oliver's.Blackwood McDonald's is a disgrace.

Well I must say after experiencing disgusting service from uber last night where it took 30 mins to delivery our food from leaving Blackwood which arrived freezing cold & they would not give us a refund at all. Liz from Mcdonalds in Blackwood was so apologetic in our complaint, She gave me Uber's number, She was happy to put a complaint against the driver & also complain against the service i recieved from them. I for one will never use uber again. SUPPORT OUR BUSINESSES BY VISITING STORES DIRECTLY AND NOT USING THEM WASTE OF SPACES!!

I visited on a Saturday lunchtime. We decided to eat in and managed to get a parking space relatively easy. I ordered a Philly cheese burger, which was made up of 2 burgers and cheese. It was missing all the other bits, gherkins etc. There were no happy meal kids toys left and it took an age for the food to be prepared. Which doesn't add up considering they didn't have half of the fillings in them.

Ordered on the app for a restaurant collection. Slow service possibly mainly due to the delivery orders. Someone’s click and collect left a while before it was taken out. Have to say our food was lovely and hot so can’t complain once we received it.
