Ordered pizzas to be delivered. Took my money and pizza never arrived. Tried phoning but no one answered. Spoke to head office who tried phoning and then said they are not open today. Had to wait a week to get a refund and lots of chasing up! Absolutely terrible service! Even had the cheek to send me am email asking how the pizza was!!

Took 2 hours, 15 unanswered calls and a visit to the store to find out why our delivery hadn't been received yet. Staff standing around not answering the phones in fear of being shouted at by customers wondering where their food is (this is a literal statement made by a girl at the counter).Absolutely God awful service, how on earth are they able to use the brand name. Does Pizza Hut not set minimum franchisee standards?Do NOT order from here.Side note - I submitted a complaint to their head offices about this and over a month later haven't had a single response. Disgusting.

Ordered online today for collection, drove all the way from Abertillery to collect it from blackwood, to only find your store closed upon my collection time.Thanks very much for the waste of a journey and for being closed when my order was confirmed by yourselvesShambles

Ordered a load of pizzas to collect from your store in Blackwood, Caerphilly - turned up at the allocated time with my daughter to find the store closed and locked, no staff, all the lights off. Kept ringing and no answer, so couldn’t even talk to anyone. You’d accepted the order and you made sure you took the money quick enough but clearly I wasn’t getting any food so I had to go elsewhere so I’m now £33 down.
The cherry on top was Pizza Hut sending me an email to ask how you did, how was your order? I DON’T KNOW BECAUSE IT NEVER MATERIALISED!
I’m actually flabbergasted that you’re allowed to accept orders and take people’s money when there is clearly absolutely no chance they’ll be getting what they are paying for…? It looks like I’m not the first one this has happened to either!

The WORST Delivery experience in 30Years! Placed and order, was told an hour and half later was on the way after I called to see where it was. IT NEVER CAME! Rung the restaurant(Blackwood) They never answered! All went home and probably took and ate my FOOD! Still waiting for a refund. Go to DOMINOES next time. NEVER GO TO PIZZA HUT AGAIN. Dreadful. No one has even contacted me to issue my refund, or discuss it! They have litterally stolen my money and not provided my food.

I always order from here for my daughter who has eating issues and autism. They know we have her pizza without sauce and I even rang to confirm this and it turned up with sauce on it. The phone is just ringing out so I’ve had to order another pizza in hope they get it right this time. It’s so frustrating when we’ve had conversations with the staff about this. Never ordering again!!!! Now I have an upset daughter refusing to eat.

Placed an order online at 6pm for delivery at 8:15. 8:20 received a call saying that they were out of stuffed crust and asked what I would like as an alternative. Tracked my order online and at 8:45 it changed to say it had been delivered. Tried to call 4 times but no answer. Made the decision at 9:15 to drive to the store to find it’s closed. Went to dominos where there were others who had the same problem. Arrived home at 9:45 and it had just been delivered and half of the order was still missing!!! I’m now out of pocket £40 spent at Pizza Hut and £30 spent at Dominos!! Won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again

3 hour wait for nothing to arrive. Tried phone on multiple occasions but no answer. Would not recommendEdit: managed to speak to someone the day after l. He went out of his way to get the pizzas to use and delivered them him self. Included a free drink as well which was a nice addition

The absolute opposite of a postive delivery experience - had to ring the "resturant" no less than 15 times but sadly received no response.....3 staving kids waiting & the meal that NEVER arrived! Stay away from this branch.......appauling!!! Going to have to spend time figuring out how to get a refund! The corporation need to step in and shut this outlet down.........

Placed an order tonight after a relatively long day in work which meant I was late getting home, I've been waiting well over an hour for my food which has not arrived and every time I keep trying to call the store, the phone just keeps ringing and no one answers. Absolutely disgusting service and am unsure now if I'll be able to get a refund.Update: Food did eventually arrive but arrived very late.
