Sent the wrong order (wrap instead of kebab),called to let them know, they said "but it's the same thing", told them we wanted a kebab so they sent a replacement, by which time the sides that came originally were cold.

Have been having food from here for about 4 months now and can honestly say that we have not been disappointed. The pizzas and chicken strips are the best I have ever had. I always collect my orders and have always received excellent customer service.

Absolutely disgusting service. Waited over an hour to be told it was with the driver. Waited another hour and a half with 3 phone calls in between to be told it had been delivered so as far as they were concerned that was it even though we continually told them we had not received our order. Manager and staff extremely rude. Had to physically go to the shop to get a cash refund some 3 hours later and still no apology!
Sent wrong food when phoned them they argued with us saying we had right food, sorry but what we had was not a mixed meat keebab and chips

Bitter sweet. You can tell them over and over again your meat is cold and they don't listen, the only reason we continue to order is that the meat is worth warming up

order took over an hour to arrive when we rung it said it left and the shop is a 5 min drive took 25 mins after i rung for it to arrive
AVOID. Awful pizza. Thought to support local traders. Turned out wrong choice. Pizza was very soggy, and toppings totally tasteless. Obviously uses very cheap ingredients. Never to go there again.

After waiting 45 minutes after an already long hour and ten delivery time.. two phone calls to a very abrupt guy, food finally turned up stone cold and missing parts of the order..another customer lost
